"Very large hotel with air conditioning, breakfast included and restaurants on site. It's a beautiful hotel and is part of the Hard Rock Cafe, but the Hard Rock store is only open on the weekends. Easy pickup for tours and uber. "

"Set into the hillside with sweeping views of the river and rain forest. Staff is attentive and professional. Rooms are spacious and clean. The pools was uncrowded and refreshing. The buffet was high price for lots of mediocre food. The Monkey Bar on the lobby level was much better with ala carte options. The empanadas were so good we took some with us when we left. It is difficult to understand all that they offer - the property is expansive. Hope to return one day"
