"My boyfriend and I took a short “staycation” here, and it was absolutely adorable. VERY clean, incredibly homey feeling, hosts are so nice and great. We will absolutely find ourselves here again with our pups! "

"We were greeted at the counter by a woman who said she doesn't even work at the hotel, and then we were told she couldn't accept our online reservation. The hotel owner refused to give us a room unless we paid by the day, so he could get the non-discounted pay. We decided to leave and take our chances on finding a hotel last minute - during the peak of scalloping season and the weekend before the 4th of July. "We had a fantastic weekend stay at this cozy VRBO in Homosassa, Florida! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and perfectly equipped for a relaxing getaway. The location was ideal, close to everything we wanted to explore, yet peaceful enough to really unwind.What really made the stay stand out were the hosts—they were absolutely wonderful! Friendly, responsive, and thoughtful, they went above and beyond to make sure we felt right at home.Whether you’re visiting for the springs, the manatees, or just to recharge, this spot is a gem.
