First, the hotel is not worth the money. The property is outdated and in serious need of upgrades. The photos online make it appear much nicer than it actually is. For the price I paid, I expected a much higher standard. To make matters worse, I cut my trip short because the stay did not meet expectations. Even though I checked out early, Expedia and the hotel refused to refund the unused night. That type of customer service is unacceptable, especially when guests are clearly dissatisfied with the quality of the stay. Booking through Expedia made the situation even more frustrating because you get stuck between the hotel and the booking company with no real resolution. I would not recommend booking this hotel or using Expedia for this type of reservation. If you value your money and your vacation experience, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. I am currently filing a dispute for the unused portion of my stay."
