"BIG PROBLEM! I have stayed at Hotel du Port many times and love the hotel. However, the hotel did not honor my Hotels.com reservation; they explained that They are no longer accepting any reservations through online companies. I was informed that I will need to get a reimbursement from Hotels.com. since Hotels.com already charged me for night, but apparently never paid the hotel. So I was forced to pay for the night, directly to the hotel, after Hotels.com already took my money. I paid twice...

"A quiet place that is well located. You can rent single rooms or an apartment, both options come with a kitchen. The shower has hot water, the rooms are clean, and the staff is nice. Un endroit tranquille qui est bien placé à Cotonou. Vous pouvez prendre une chambre ou appartement, les deux options ont une cuisine. Il y a l’eau chaud, les chambres sont saines, et la réceptionne est bien accueillante."
