"Wonderful hotels with modern and comfortable rooms . We lived in a room with 2 rooms with kink beds . It is more than enough for a family of 4 . Sufficient selection of drinks in Nin I bar for additional fee ,as everywhere in other country . Girls at reception were always polite and helping . We will stay in this hotel next time we visit Belarus , Minsk . Thank you Expedia "

"Недорогой номер на двоих. За двое суток проживания уборка номера не производилась, полотенца и ванные принадлежности не меняли, убрать мусор просили на стойке регистрации. Телевизор очень плохо показывал, что в Новогоднюю ночь не очень приятно, чуть не пропустили поздравление президента. Есть холодильник, но температура не ниже +10\. В номере нет никаких столовых принадлежностей. Отмечу хорошее расположение, 10-15 минут пешком до ЦУМа, Советской улицы и Набережной. Рядом магазины и кфс. "

"I didn't see the notice on the hostel site that requires 48 hours notice to check in at a remote location so I was not able to use my reservation and lost my money. Travelers using this hostel should be able to use a phone in Belarus and have the ability to comply with the off site check in requirements."

"I Booked it after check in hours so I couldn’t check in and I had to stay out a whole night because there were no other places available. And where I asked for a refund they said “it’s a non refundable booking” even though I couldn’t even use it to begin with! Very disappointed from the property and from Hotel.com service!"

"Good breakfast spread. Staff helpful. I had issues for late check out as American credit cards didn’t work. They only take Belarus roubles which was not helpful as I have only US dollars. The staff also not knowledgeable about registration process required by Belarus for tourists staying over 5 days. The registration can be done online and I was told that Hotels should be able to help tourists But Hampton by Hilton at Minsk Ciry center didn’t know the process. Impeovementd: They should find a way to accept American credit cards, the staff should be trained in tourist registration process and they should accept US Dollars for payment. "
