Having shuttle service will make guests like us more comfortable because having a taxi or an uber picking you or dropping you inside the facilities is very tedious due to the extreme entrance and security rules. If the Hotel had a shuttle service in place - then they will have a clearance to come in and out the compound. The other suggestion is that they improve the pool furniture and decor - it looks outdated - the place is gorgeous and definitely has room for improvement. Thanks! Yasna B. Coordination via what’s app was easy with Gisella, who was very attentive and responsive to our needs. 2 bedrooms and a bathroom that are nice and tidy. (Towel and linen change every three days). Also boasts a sofa-bed allowing for up to 5 people to sleep comfortably. Highly recommend!!!"
