On one day, my room was not serviced in spite of my putting on the ‘please clean room’ sign. Also, a tray of breakfast items remained outside my door even though I pointed out to two different staff members that they needed to be taken away. I would have called room service but the phone in my room wasn’t working. When I arrived, I had to unload my luggage and wheel it...
