Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' Sterling Shores is under renovation for a beautification project in which they are working on all balconies and walkways to the condos. Due to this beautification process, one pool closest to the building may close in November very briefly. No other amenities will be affected. Renovations are currently in progress Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The renovation is set to be finished by 1/29/2026\. If bad weather interferes with the beautification process, renovations could continue into February. If there are any updates, I will let you know. We have blocked down the units that are primarily affected by this construction. June-Labor Day is painting the exterior and should not cause much of a disturbance. After Labor Day, you may experience floor grinding noise and dust. We are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you and we hope you enjoy your stay! The condo was nice and had all the amenities mentioned. There is some peeling paint but if you're looking for brand new don't expect to pay such an awesome price for this location. Several large buildings crammed into a small space. Checking in was a bit confusing but we figured it out. Check in was at 4\. I got there right at 4, checked the place out then returned to the car for our luggage. Got back to the room and was startled by the cleaning super as she was there “checking things out.” The place was clean, I have no complaints there. The master, king bed, was very comfortable, pillows too. A full bath for each room was great. The kitchen was very outdated. The paint was peeling from the walls in the living area. The place could be beautiful with a little TLC. The patio furniture left a lot to be desired. It looked like the cheapest set they could find, very uncomfortable. My daughter couldn’t get over the TVs as they were small and not smart TVs. The view was spectacular! We were worried about the walk to the beach but it really wasn’t bad at all. BTW plan on buying an umbrella and chairs if you want to sit near the water. They had ropes dividing the beach in order for every condo to have room for their guests. If you brought your own chair, you had to be about two to three rows back. The main pool was very nice! It’s shape allowed several groups to swim at a time without being in each others way. \*\* wrist bands are left in a bowl on the table - count them right when you get there!! We were supposed to have 6 but only had 5\. $25 each if not returned \*\* ##### Lisa R. Overall, this was a great unit. Everything we needed was there. It was clean. Kitchen was stocked with appropriate appliances. Wagon and beach ball + surf board was there for use which was very nice to have! You cannot beat this location. Sterling shores is our absolute favorite place. It is next to all local attractions and very easy beach access. Amazing pools! The condo was decorated cute and beachy! I’ll put my take in on what can better this unit. The beds were like sleeping on hard wood. With me being 7 months pregnant, it was extremely uncomfortable the entire week. No matter how I positioned myself, the bed was terrible. Family also complained about the double bed mattress feeling the same way. I would make this the first upgrade on list as people want a good nights rest on vacay! A firm bed is good, but these were entirely too firm. I believe the unit can use a few minor updates such as replacing carpets with hard wood floors and new kitchen cabinets and countertops. But those are really just things that would make a better show. Spare room could use more room for a dresser to store clothes, etc. Overall, well kept unit and we really enjoyed our week! Spacious enough for my husband & myself plus 2 older teens and 1 infant. We still could have fit a couple more with room leftover. Ample dishes & appliances. Theatre posted on some Sterling Shores sites is no longer there. However we had no need for that anyway. The view was AMAZING! The kitchen appliances are old. The balcony has old patio furniture just one chair and three ottomans and the second bathroom the shower it’s detached from the wall.
