They keep the facility very clean and maintain the property well. However, we booked because there was a bar and restaurant on-site. The restaurant was not open the entire time we were there. There is a nice workout facility and indoor pickleball court. The big pool lagoon is beautiful but not heated. There is a small heated pool. The hot tub is nice. ##### Diane J. This may have been due to there being a trash chute directly beside the entrance. There were crazy loud noises coming from the dumpster area, and with this room being located on that corner- it became hard to sleep through that noise. There was a huge noise of drilling coming from above us. I called the property manager, they assured me that they would investigate then call me back. They didnā€™t. There were people onsight, however, the property is huge! The biggest issue is there are NO carts to move in and out with. You park a long way from the place you stay and it took 4 trips to load everything. They provided a bellhopā€¦ one fir the entire property. So either wait a long time or do it yourself! They need more than 2-3 carts for so many units. It detracted from the stay in my view. Simply bc itā€™s the last thing I rememberā€¦ also, itā€™s a pain to get to and from the beach everyday! Itā€™s a drive and $6 a day to get into a beach thatā€™s quickly crowded. Again, no carts so you get to carry everything up and down and then a block or more to the parking garage! Nice clean condo, but for the price, Iā€™ll probably look for a place directly on the beach with tons of carts! Itā€™s not a small thing! Most guests had wagons, but even with those it took multiple trips! This is a knock on the property management, not the condo itself. It was nice, just wish it was on the beach and had more carts for loading and unloading! ##### Sherry B. The condo was a great size for my husband and myself and sister. Both bdrms were just like they are described and the kitchen was a great size with lots of storage for food and stocked with lots of dishes, pots & pans etc. I did have to clean out the ice maker as the chute was frozen shut. After all the ice in the wrong places was melted, we had plenty of ice for our baseball tournament each day. We dumped it each night in the bucket in the bottom of freezer and it worked great. The 3 TV's were nice but the cable was terrible. Why anyone uses Spectrum I will never know. There were no directions on how you were to stream with the Roku remotes. I have ROKU at home and it sure didn't work like that. You could not watch anything on Netflix without it stopping and spinning at least 20 times through a 2 hour movie. I rated Check In poorly, but it was not the Attendants but what news they gave us. We could sleep there but we could not use any of the services (pool, shuttle etc) because the owners were at odds with the HOA there. That was not what I needed after a7 hour ride with my husband who has dementia and a high strung sister. They told me to call Real Joy and let them know. I will say they took care of the problem right away. I had a hard time communicating with Real Joy on the TV problems and found that they came into the condo while we were away at a ballgame leaving notes on directions for TV's which I thought they could at least text me to say they were coming.
