Everything was exactly as described -- customer service was quick and efficient, the pictures portrayed the house exactly as we assumed it would be, the amenities were great, check in and check out was incredibly easy! The walk to the beach took maybe 10 minutes and was a safe walk for the whole family -- never even had to cross traffic since there is an underground tunnel to go through. There was plenty of parking too if you got there before 10:30 AM. It was great having the grill for dinner and assorted beach toys and pool floats were really convenient. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items and utensils. The community area was close, just a 10 minute walk and had tennis/pickleball courts which we used often. Plenty of space inside and out. The pool area was awesome - plan on spending lots of time there during your stay. Management/owner were very responsive to questions and a few minor issues that cropped up, which were very quickly resolved. Nice quiet neighborhood that seems to work hard to keep things that way. ##### Robert K. This Wass our 4th or 5th stay there and we feel like it is a second home for us.The problem we had at the beginning with the refrigerator was quickly remedied and you took care of the problem immediately. We had a large group with two families and loved our time. We rented a golf cart which was great as well. The pool and outside areas worked great for our group. The home provides plenty of space to gather together or spread out. We love the pool and the beach is a short 5 minute walk. We highly recommend this home.
