Beautiful property, well maintained and comfortable unit located on the 12th floor (out of 12) in the west tower of the Palms at Destin. King bed in master, trundle bed (ideal for children or teenagers perhaps) in second bedroom area. 2 full bath, complete kitchen, washer/dryer, covered balcony with 2 rocking chairs and a million dollar view of the Gulf of Mexico, the Destin skyline, and Destin Executive Airport. Two pools (1 heated) and a hot tub. Very nice restaurant, huge gym, and covered parking on site, Walmart 5 minutes away. Smart TV in LR allows use of streaming apps. Excellent communication and very quick followup by owner regarding any issues or questions. Stayed 2 weeks and very much enjoyed it.

Best condo with a view
We love coming back to this resort of the convenience of everything. Pools on the property are amazing, walking distance to the beach and may great restaurants. And walmart is right next door for anything youve forgotten.

The property was directly across the street from the beach about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The locate was great with Walmart next door and a family attraction next door as well. Two restaurants are both within walking distance.

Destin Palms Condo
The unit was accurately presented on VRBO. The housekeeping was impeccable, all the appliances worked and the owner was very responsive the very few questions we had. On clear days, the view of the Gulf and Destin was excellent.

Great Stay
Located close to everything but still private. Great pool area!! Perfect place for a family getaway. Beach is located right across the street and has a free shuttle for easy access. Beautiful views from the balcony. Owner is fantastic at communication. We would stay here again in the future!

Great Location and Condo
We loved our time here! The condo is even more up-to-date and well decorated now than in the photos. We stayed at the resort 90% of our trip due to the rain and algae at the beach (which no one could help, of course) and didn't mind because of the incredible campus, condo views and variety of pools. Our toddlers loved going from the pools to the splash pad and back again with the floaties kindly left in the condo . We loved the feeling of security and seclusion, plus the awesome coffee downstairs in the morning. Thank you Jack for everything!

We love Destin and this condo helped.
Condo was amazing. We loved the views and the location was amazing. Close drive to beach and could even walk. The pool, hot tub and heated pool was amazing. The resort had everything we needed. Jack, the owner, was very helpful and made staying there easy. Made several friends with other families staying at the Palms Resort. We would stay again. The condo had everything we needed for our week in Destin. Loved the lovesac bean bag. Only thing is there is no pullout due to couch being updated.

Great family vacation!
We really enjoyed our stay! The view from the 12th floor was great. It was fun seeing the airplanes landing & taking off at the nearby airport. We also saw an air show and fireworks in the distance. The condo was nice with comfortable furniture & beds. And plenty of inflatables for the pool. The pools on the property were very nice! That’s where we spent the majority of our time. Highly recommend!

Condo is as described except there’s a different sofa in the living room. Other than that it’s in a great area. The beaches are basically across the street and easy to get to with free parking. There were 1-2 minor issues but they were quickly corrected by the owner. Communication was easy with quick responses. I would stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this vacation rental. It was open and bright, with sweeping views of the surrounding area. The space was more than adequate for our family of 4. The tropically themed pool area was simply gorgeous. It was conveniently located within minutes to the beach, shopping, and restaurant. It was a great location to walk or ride a bike. Jax was very attentive to all our needs and made sure we were comfortable and settled. Directions to the condo and access were all very straight forward. The condo was clean and well stocked. We will definitely stay here again.

I highly recommend this property for all ages, but especially if you have little kids. Even though it’s not right on the water, you have a great balcony with ocean views. it was a little too cool to use the big pool, they had a nice size hot tub, and a smaller heated pool. The playground is really nice, and it’s not a bad walk to the beach. However, if you’d like to drive to the beach because you have a lot of stuff, there’s a ton of free parking right across the street on the beach . The restaurant that is in the resort is a nice option also. This will totally be the place I try to book every time I come to Destin!

My husband and I stayed for the weekend for our Anniversary. The condo was beautiful, the views were amazing, the bed was very comfortable and it smelled amazing in the condo! When you looking for a good family location and close to the beach then this is the place to be . The pool is great, but the place where you sleep at is the most important. You have the comfort of being taken care of , great security, parking garage. The most important great communication with property management across the board!!! We will be coming back next year!!!!

Perfect for adults and kids!
Stayed for a week with a collective two adults and four kids, ages 15, 14, 6, and 3. Everyone looooooved the pool - perfect for all ages and the zero depth side allowed the adults to lounge and watch the littles swim! The unit was just what we needed and the view unexpectedly great. Jack, the owner, was consistently responsive and met all of our needs in a timely manner. Would sure commend the property and location!

The pool was closed ALOT. One of the reasons we visited this resort is because of the pool. The security manager for the pool was terrible. He was not professional one bit. He told his employees multiple excuses as to why the pool was closed when it was sunny outside! It was ridiculous. Overall the stay was GREAT but the pool closures for hours and half the days were ridiculous!

We had a great stay but don't come early if your VRBO. Resort would only hold bags for compass guests. We needed more sheets and pillows and Mr Oliver brought us over brand new ones. Great place to stay!!

The property was beautiful. We had an issue with the air conditioner. I did call the property mgr to have it fixed (which was done that same day)and we only had an issue one other time after that. I would say my only complaint would be the beds. They are super hard and very uncomfortable(def need updated). Otherwise the place was amazing and the property mgr was amazing! Everything was nice and clean!

We enjoyed the condo. It's a pretty open and easy layout. Very large master suite. The 2nd bedroom is very cramped and has the washer/dryer so it was a little noisy when doing laundry at night. Our 5th person slept on the couch. Im not sure where a 6th person woupd sleep. Had to park in car garage that you share with all of the other reaidents, it was easily accessible. Located just off the main strip so it was very convenient to be able to get places. Owner was helpful and very accommodating. Thanks for the stay!
