The resort itself offers a beautiful, 11,000-square-foot tropical pool with five waterfalls, a shared hot tub, and a children's splash area as well as basketball courts, tennis courts with complimentary equipment, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a playground. The resort is centrally located in Destin making it easy to access local restaurants and attractions!

My family loved this condo! It was clean, spacious and had a beautiful top-floor view of the beach! We even found beach accessories in the closet like an umbrella, 2 chairs, a blanket, some floaties and lots of toys! We will definitely be back!!

Good time and location

Easy check in ,easy parking , nice pool and resort . A few items in room was broken and should be address but feel there is not a simple way to report . I also feel I should not have to report what someone else broke . During cleaning of these rooms maybe they can make reports of what is broken and notify next group of renters . Room was nice as advertised aside from items being broken . Balcony door handle and bathroom glass door falling off hinge . Place was clean , nice area, was good price for area I think

Great location!

Check in was a little confusing but once we found out where we needed to go it was great! The only complaint we have is the shower head in the spare bathroom fell off when I turned the water one and we weren’t able to use that shower for the rest of our stay. The home was clean and the views were amazing! We will be back!

I really enjoy my 4 nights there, everything was beautiful i loved the pool too is sooo big 😍. The only thing that needs attention is the cleaning, when we got there everything was dirty even the floors but other than that I would recommend and come back soon.

Great family condo!

Great location. Super clean and beds were super comfy. The secondary bathroom did have a run which was a little noisy connecting to the kids room, but mine could sleep through it with the door closed. Super close to a great public beach access and the pool area was great! Would recommend owners stock some grilling utensils but overall a wonderful place to stay!

Happy Memories

The room was just as the listing. We loved it. There was remodel work being done on the floor below us, meaning at around 8am every morning of our trip except Sunday, we were woke up to load banging that lasted all day. Also, when booking the trip we were under the impression that the restaurant for the resort was open. We tried to eat there everyday and night, needless to say we never got to eat there. That's one reason we booked at this resort due to the restaurant and coffee shop. The coffee shop was also out of milk and couldn't serve customers one day of our trip. The pool was beautiful and the room was great with a view of the ocean. Just felt misled by the restaurant. Great trip, coming back to Destin in September.

Nice Place

The unit is clean, updated and full of comfortable furniture including the beds. The kitchen is fully equipped except a cookie sheet and large pot. We cooked all of our meals including Thanksgiving Dinner. The pictures are an exactly what you get. The resort and staff is too notch. The onsite gym was also fully equipped with older, but functional equipment. We had a great stay!

Great space at a great resort

The condo itself is a beautiful comfortable space. It provided a perfect home base for all of our activities during our stay. We used the hot tub and work out area at the resort. The coffee at the resort coffee house was fantastic. We never tired of the view from this unit. We would absolutely stay here again.
