This stunning penthouse sleeps 8 with its King, Queen, Full/Full bunkbed and sofa sleeper setup. Enjoy serene views from the balcony and relax on the many comfortable rooftop seating arrangements, enjoy the pools and court access, or take a short walk down to the beach! Located south of 98, this 16th-floor penthouse boasts a fabulous, one-of-a-kind 1, 000-sq.-ft. balcony delivering panoramic views of Destin Harbor, the bay and Gulf of Mexico. Stretch out beneath the shady pergola and appreciate the constant sea breezes. It's the perfect place for alfresco dining, reading and entertaining. Inside, the condo continues to wow with its wood tile plank flooring and coastal decor. Beneath an atrium skylight, the fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, a French door refrigerator, a ceramic cooktop range and double oven, making entertaining a cinch. Start the party at the wet bar right off the kitchen where you can mix up your favorite sunset cocktails. There's a natural flow into the attractive dining area and sitting room with a wall of glass windows opening onto the breathtaking terrace. The vast master bedroom has its own private terrace with views, while the master bath shows off a walk-in shower. From the foyer, a hallway leads to two additional guest bedrooms and two bathrooms, both ensuite. One bedroom is currently furnished as a bunk room for four and TVs are included in every room. The building has its own fitness center to complement the resort tennis courts, games room, onsite shop, deli and tiki beach bar. Then they still didn’t want to let us in. We had to call ECVR to have them call the head of HOA to Approve the stay. The way they just really said screw us and my family of 9 with not a care in the world was so rude. Front desk really just was started my Vacation off on the wrong foot.
