The onsite Scenic Stays team at SunDestin looks forward to welcoming you to your next beach vacation at our 24-hour front desk. The experience of a lifetime awaits! SunDestin Beach Resort features expansive onsite amenities including a newly renovated outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, steam room, sauna, outdoor tiki bar (open seasonally), workout facility, event/meeting space, gift shop, complimentary DVD rentals and much more! Upon entry to SunDestin Unit 915, you are greeted by a fully appointed, well stocked kitchen for home cooked meals or a quick snack to take to the beach. An open dining and living room concept immediately follow, with comfortable seating for 4 guests and a relaxing sofa and armchair set after a long day at the beach and pool. Sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico and the emerald waters welcome you from the living room and spacious balcony with seating for two. Enjoy beautiful sunrises and calming sunsets directly overlooking the beach! Refresh every night in the comfortable king bed located in the master bedroom, while the kids relax in the queen sofa sleeper located in the living room. Enjoy the flat panel televisions located in the living room and bedroom both equipped with DVD players. DVD rentals are available in the lobby directly across from the gift shop! Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Condo was clean and had everything we needed to cook our meal. my only complaint was the lack of communication that the outdoor pool/hot tub area was closed. 90% of the reason we chose rentals is based on the pool so needless to say, we were very disappointed when we arrived and realized it was closed. I had read that there was construction and we may not be able to use our balcony but no where did it say pool was closed. It was not even communicated at check in. ##### Mel B. The day we leave I got a called around 9am and I picked upon the first ring. So why wouldn’t I have picked up if they called the first time. The bedroom was hot and the living room was cold….. When we got there they told us we could not check in due to a maintenance issue, they then proceeded to tell us they did not know how long that would take. So I messaged the owner about the issue and still have not heard from her still to this day. Luckily a lady walk up to the hotel lobby and she immediately said how can I help you and I told her the problem. She did not hesitate and picked up the phone and found out and got us right in our room. If it wasn’t for her we would of left right then.
