The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and on-site restaurant are projected to be closed until the beginning of January 2026. Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. Our goal is to keep you informed ahead of time so you can make the most of your stay with us. Parking in the main lot may be limited. Please note that the drive-through area at the main lobby entrance, typically used for loading and unloading luggage, may be temporarily closed. Each one-and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as the resort works to improve and enhance the overall guest experience. The ultimate relaxing beach vacation awaits at SunDestin Beach Resort, located just steps from the famed white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico in the heart of Destin, FL. The Scenic Stays team is available 24 hours a day to assist you via our front desk. With a variety of exciting on-site amenities, SunDestin Beach Resort is sure to become your vacation go-to for years to come. This family-friendly condo features a newly renovated outdoor pool and a seasonally heated indoor pool. Exercise in the fitness room, pick up a souvenir from the gift shop, or rent a complimentary DVD for a movie night. The gorgeous conference room boasts a gorgeous space for your next event or meeting. Additional seasonal amenities include an outdoor tiki bar, along with beach chair and umbrella rentals (fee). Use the elevator or hop up one short flight of stairs to the 2nd floor to Unit 201\. Upon entry, you will be greeted with a spacious, open layout, gorgeous nautical décor, as well as sweeping panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Both the master bedroom and the guest bedroom boast relaxing spaces to unwind after an action-packed beach day, each with a flat-screen television. The master bathroom features a walk-in shower for added convenience. The gorgeous, fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, ideal for making your favorite home-cooked meals. The dining table offers seating up to four guests and there are three bar stools by the kitchen breakfast bar. In the spacious living room, a mounted flat-screen television with a DVD player and comfortable seating will be your family’s new relaxation spot for movie nights in, or after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach. The balcony provides seating for four, ideal for sipping coffee while taking in the warm gulf breeze and wonderful views of the crystal-clear waters and white sandy beaches. This lovely two-bedroom vacation rental features cozy sleeping options for up to seven guests with a large king bed in the master bedroom, a double bed and twin bed in the guest bedroom, along with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. With picturesque views of the gorgeous beaches and a truly at-home atmosphere, SunDestin 201 is a true vacationer’s paradise. Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden. Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs. Our first experience was great. This experience left a little to be desired. First of all, I thought that like most condos you rent there was a washer and dryer in the unit. It isn’t and you have to pay to use the public washers. I also was told there would be a hair dryer but you apparently have to check one out because they “walk away.” And then they threaten that if you don’t bring it back to the front desk you’ll get charged. The place was so sandy I spent at least an hour every day sweeping and we still slept with sand in our beds. The bathroom was so small you had to stand on the toilet to close the door. And the shower was painful. If you’re looking to have a layer of skin taken off in a lukewarm shower then by all means book this place. Also it was so close to the pool we were woken up much earlier than we would have preferred, or in the case of the last night there were people on the pool deck until 3 am and kept me up. The common areas were very run down as well. In fact when I returned the hair dryer, the door to the lobby wouldn’t open anymore. I also found it frustrating that beach service wasn’t included like it was at the last condo we rented. ##### Beth B.
