Located in Destin along Florida’s Emerald Coast, Chateau La Mer II is a beautifully landscaped, family-friendly complex situated in its own private community just off the popular Scenic Highway 98. We are only a short walk away from Destin's famous  “sugar sand” on our Private Beach along the Emerald Coast.
After a fun day of exploring you can take a relaxing stroll to some of our local restaurants. Or you can enjoy outdoor grilling on one of the many community outdoor grills available in our picnic area with additional grills located around the complex. Destin has is all!  Arts & Culture, Fine Dining, Sports Adventures, Shopping and Spas are all available in the area. Several restaurants are within walking distance. Multiple Outlet Shopping Malls are minutes away. There is something for every member of the family, no matter what age.

Beach service is from March 6th through October 25th 8 AM to 4 PM. 

This property is NOT available to parties of adults under age 25.
Snowbird Season runs from November thru March. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $100 cleaning fee. March rentals are from the 1st to the last Saturday of March.
