The view was stunning, I was NOT happy about the late check in and the early checkout. I was locked out of the property at 930 AM and had to sit and call Vacasa to get a new code to reenter the unit. I was happy that we were able to access the property amenities early and late. The furniture and beds were comfortable but definitely needs painting and updates. Everythign is locked down with door codes which is great except for the garage area. One day we had someone strange man just walking around the garage and made you feel a little uncomfortable. Did not like that you to rent the chairs to site close the beach. I was told that I had to set up behind the chairs with my blanket. I do not like to have a chair and umbrella I use just my blanket. Makes it hard to watch the kids in the water if I have to be behind the chairs. Grounds were very well kept the tile floors in the unit can use a good cleaning. It appeared to be a blood stain. This prompted me to look around. There was some sort of sticky read frozen liquid in the freezer left from the previous guest. There was no less than three different types of hair on the rug in the master bathroom. None of the matching ours. The sliding glass door did not lock and there was no board or stick to secure it. Even though it is on an upper floor it would be easy from someone next door to get to the unit. I brought all of these things to managements attention only to have them hand us a broom to break off our self. They offered to re-clean the room But I had already re-cleaned everything myself because at that point I didn’t trust their abilities. After I left I spoke with the Vacasa management team. He told me that he had been advised by his group that everything had been checked before I got there. Pretty much making it seem like I had lied about the issues. The location is beautiful! The beach is beautiful! We had a great time at the pool! But just be advised they don’t do a great job on cleaning and there’s a lot of rundown things about this unit. The master sink is loose, the shower doesn’t drain, And I already mentioned the sliding glass door. ##### Julie T. Séjour de 3 nuits en mars 2022 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Michael B. 28 nov. 2021 Points forts : Propreté #### Pros & cons… We would stay at the facility again, but not in this u it again. There were way too many “cons” on the list. We were there over the long Thanksgiving weekend and it was fine for a short stay but wouldn’t have wanted that for a longer stay. We really wanted to be fair here, so this is a pretty comprehensive list. We travel a lot and are super familiar/comfortable with this type of rental. We had two adults and two grown kids (20 & 25.) Pros: Spectacular view Comfy couches Comfy beds Soft, comfy blankets, rugs and pillows Located near lots of restaurants and activities Nice outdoor patio furniture Outdoor area is well kept Cons: EVERY single wall needs to be painted and needs some type of repair! There are screws and nails coming out of the wall everywhere from changed/moved items on walls. Dated decor - mirrors everywhere, carpet feels icky in bedrooms The bed in the 2nd bedroom literally goes from one wall to the other (headboard to footboard). You cannot walk around the bed. You have to climb off of it from the far side, climbing over the other person. Should definitely be a bunk bed situation in there! Something smelled dead in the 2nd bathroom the entire time, like there was something dead in a vent. The ice maker makes almost no ice. So many of the outlets do not work in every room. Most of the top outlets in the master bedroom didn’t work and some in the 2nd bedroom as well. Tv in 2nd bedroom is the size of a laptop screen and has no remote so you have to control it using buttons on the back. Sliding bathroom door to 2nd bedroom sticks pretty badly. Glass doors out to patio are EXTREMELY difficult to open. One elevator wasn’t working a good portion of the time and both were super slow. Wi-Fi is very spotty. Don’t plan on working remotely or attending class while you’re there. Smoke detector dangling from the ceiling in hallway. ##### Michael B. There were issues with the first unit, as they never sent the door code before arrival, and once they did, it didn’t work-frustrating after a long ride. After being let in by security, we took a walk on the beach, we couldn’t get in, as the door code was still not working, and there was a locksmith there for sometime. Overall, we didn’t have access for 3-4 hours. We did get compensated by being given an extra night in another unit. The location was great, and the second unit was in better shape than the first. ##### Jerry R. It was always sad when the sun would set and take away the gorgeous view. No major complaints re the property. Only things I would recommend would be to update the master bathroom and add more cookware, etc to the kitchen. Other than that, all was perfect. We loved the beach! Renting umbrellas/chairs on property was added bonus plus the snow cones for sale. Was a great vacation!!! ##### Allison C. Our bed obviously had not been cleaned or the sheets changed. We discovered food crumbs and stains from the food in our bed. Reported our finding to the front desk. Other than that we enjoyed ourselves, however for the money paid we expect quality level of cleanliness for what we pay for. ##### DeWayne O. Easy in and out of the condo and I like the large parking lot being on the premises and not across the street. The condo itself needs minimal upkeep but in no way was an issue.
