You can only set up beach service with them when you arrive at the property. The home does include 4 chairs, 1 cooler, 1 beach wagon, football and frisbee for you to set up and break down daily. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a wonderful place. It has everything you need and is very comfortable. We are a family of 5 (18, 14, 10 boy ages) and this condo was perfect for us. It is a short walk to everything in the resort and convenient to all the grocery stores and eateries. The resort had something for everyone including pickle ball, huge lagoon pool, weight room, cardio room, and of course the amazing gulf water and white sand beach.
