"Sunset Cabin" Beachfront, South Bay, Community Pool

"Sunset Cabin" is a beautiful oceanfront condo ideally located in South Bay, a gated Gulf front community in Destin. Our sliding doors open right up to the our decks on the beach! If you are ready for a good swim or beach stroll, head down our sidewalk to the beach boardwalk access. We have a community gazebo with covered seating overlooking the waves and an outside shower for easy sand cleanup. After a day at the beach or our community pool, you can wander out to our nearby award winning restaurants, fabulous shops, and our numerous attractions helping you make your vacation dreams come true.

Our charming vacation home has been completely renovated with comfort, function and beauty in mind. Our living and sleeping areas are divided over 3 floors, providing substantial private space and private Gulf front decks, along with a great room on the 2nd floor for family and friends to congregate. You can enjoy the breath taking views from the living room/dining area/kitchen on the second floor while cooking, dining, watching movies, playing games or cat napping. Our three large Gulf facing balconies are the best places to watch our incredible sunsets! There is plenty of seating in the living area around our coffee/game table and large Smart TV, with an open floor plan for easy socialization. The dining table has 6 dining chairs; the kitchen island has an additional 3 seats with generous counter space. Our kitchen is well stocked and lit for the chef in your family.

Make yourself at home in any of our 3 master suites! The 3rd floor has a large Gulf front king suite with a good size ocean front deck and an ensuite bathroom. This suite has access to a bonus kids bedroom with 3 twin beds and a large Smart TV. You must enter the bonus bedroom through the master bedroom. On the first floor we have a Gulf front king suite with an ensuite bathroom and a private deck, as well as a queen suite each with an ensuite bathroom. Both of these first floor bedroom suites have spacious closets and TV's.

Guests have access to South Bay's community pool and two lighted tennis courts.

This property has one tennis court, two pickleball courts and two shuffle board courts. The tennis and pickleball court are first come first serve and bring your own equipment. The shuffle board court you can make an reservation and they supply the equipment.

This property comes with one assigned parking space. Overflow parking is at first come first serve basis.
No parking for RV'S or Trailers.
No Golf Carts allowed at this property.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.
