This property is NOT available to parties of adults under age 25.

Snowbird Season runs from November thru March. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $100 cleaning fee. March rentals are from the 1st to the last Saturday of March.

Chateau La Mer II  South Seas #204 is a very nice one bedroom, one bath unit on the second floor. Just a short 5-minute walk to our deeded beach access and the pristine emerald waters and beautiful white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast.

We had an amazing stay celebrating our anniversary.Quick walk to the beautiful beach. The property is well maintained and convenient parking. We didn't have a chance to use the pool or other amenities but they all looked great and close to the unit.We will be back for another visit

Great Stay!

The location was amazing, especially for the price. The unit was much nicer than the pictures show. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was very accommodating. The beach access was a short walk through the complex and across the street. Very beautiful beaches and quiet relaxing views.

Clean and Roomy

The condo was lovely. It was well furnished with everything we needed including a washing machine and dryer. Our host Richard, was super nice! He even helped carry our baggage up the steps. We had outdoor space on the front and back. It's a five minute walk to the beach so you can't hear the waves crashing, but the beach is outstanding. The water is see through clear up to my shoulders!

Relaxing Vacation

We absolutely loved our stay at Chateau La Mer ll. Our apartment was super clean. It had everything we could possibly need. Perfect location to the beach. Super cozy and quiet. Richard was so helpful. He recommended a few of his favorite restaurants and shopping areas for us to visit. We will be visiting Chateau La Mer ll again in the near future.
