Nice and clean with king size bed. Condominium is in a great location. Room is on a golf coarse. Pool was near by. Had a nice front and back porch. This units is located in the very back of the condominium. It's a nice walk to the beach. Beach access was really nice with showers and chair rentals. Back deck was very worn and paint chipping. There were 2 burnt out light bulbs at arrival. No hot water on the bathroom sink. The vent in the bathroom didn’t work. There was also a dirty air filter from something on the coffee table on arrival too. It was a nice area to stay but the unit could have used a little more upkeep. ##### Wendy T. The property is well maintained and secure. It is pet friendly and my dog enjoyed tagging along with us. I appreciated the over communication from management in regards to check in and how to get a hold of them if we needed anything. For the price it is a GREAT rental. The location in Destin was ideal, the private beach was great, the pools/hot tub are well maintained, and we had a great vacation with the help of this condo.
