We really needed the peace and quiet. The condo was beautifully decorated and the balcony had a wonderful view. The location was close to everything. If you enjoy watching boats, you are close to the harbor. I didn’t like the fact that the tour helicopters flew over constantly but that effects all of Destin. It really ruins the peaceful setting. The site staff were very kind and helpful. Probably the best we have ever encountered. The neighbors one floor above us were super noisy every night after 10p which made it difficult to rest. All the elevators were down except one so we took the stairs. Probably not a bad idea as it helped burn some of the calories from all the good food we ate. We did not use the pool but it looked like everyone was having a good time. There are beach chairs for rent everyday directly set up on the beach. Overall, it was a good stay. ##### Stacey P. We enjoyed the patio looking over the ocean. The condo was good for two people and bed was comfortable. Property owners we easy to get in touch with and very reponsive.The building and property itself was under renovation so elevators we very slow.
