Your beach house dreams will come true when you enter the ultra-modern Sea Esta, a Destin, Florida, vacation rental centrally located in the Destiny by the Sea community. This three-story beauty provides luxury accommodations for a crowd, with six bedrooms. The ground floor is perfect for a family, with a bunk room conveniently adjacent to a king and two queen-sized bedrooms. There’s also an efficiency kitchen and two full baths, so families can handle most needs without disturbing the rest of the guests on the other levels. A full laundry is also a handy amenity. But the best part of this floor is the private pool and hot tub, just outside the bedroom doors. And the beach is only steps away. Everyone will gather on the second floor to share stories of their beach adventures. There’s ample seating in the cozy living area, complete with a flat-screen TV. The beautiful indoor fireplace is meant for visual enjoyment only and is not intended for guest use. The kitchen is designed so that no one will miss out on any of the conversations, and the dining area includes a formal seating area along with breakfast bar space. The balcony also provides a beautiful area for alfresco dining just off the living room. The kitchen is well appointed with all the comforts of home and is large enough for several to engage in meal prep. Plus, the pool area has a grill, so cook-outs are a definite possibility. A beverage bar is located on the staircase landing. And the carefully designed placement of windows brings in lots of natural light and provides breath-taking views in all directions. Several private balconies enable guests visions of exquisite sunrises and colorfully emblazoned sunsets to enjoy. The third floor offers equally stunning views from the balcony of the deluxe primary suite. There’s a comfortable seating area, king-sized bed, large flat-screen TV, and ensuite bath. The beautiful indoor fireplace is meant for visual enjoyment only and is not intended for guest use. The bathroom has dual sinks, a Jacuzzi soaking tub, and a lovely glassed walk-in shower. About the Community: Located along Scenic Highway 98 on the Emerald Coast in Destin, Florida, this premier, Gulf-front, gated community has 24-hour security as well as a pristine, private beach. This private community association has contracted with Sun, Sand and Sea for beach service rentals, which includes beach chairs and beach umbrellas. Personal tents, umbrellas, baby tents, tarps, and canopy setups are not allowed per the association rules. Outside golf cart rentals are not allowed per the association rules. Enjoy the lavish community pool and hot tub. The bathhouse includes changing rooms and showers. This area of Northwest Florida is proud and protective of the natural environment. Guests are asked to use the beach walk-overs in order to protect the sand dunes. Also, please do not disturb the nests of sea turtles, which are quite prolific in the area. We had a large family gathering and there was penty of room for everyone. The proximity to he beach is great and the neighborhood is good. We didn't like that you are not allowed to use your own umbrellas at the beach. That is a weird and useless rule. We also had issues with the pool and hottub heat, but the company was responsive and it was sorted out. Unfortunately, it took a couple of days to heat up so we did not get to use it much. The house is a bit dated and needs new furniture in the living room. It is also very loud and echoes because of the large staircase, high ceilings and tile floors. It really needs some sound deadening. Lastly, there were quite a few roaches, and I inderstand it is Florida, so its a constant battle, but it needs to be addressed. ##### Brian J. Access to shopping and dining is very easy given the location of this property. The neighborhood management staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to easily accommodate four vehicles (3 SUVs and a minivan). The neighborhood appears to have a significant number of rules, but they are not hard to follow and the management staff was not overly picky about the rules. The house easily accommodated our party with plenty of space for all. The kitchen was a bit understocked in my experience as far as dishes and cookware. The pool was a nice treat to have after coming off a beach day. The private beach is wonderful. Our spot was moved all the way to the end of the private beach to give preference to gulf-front home owners, but not much you can do about this given Florida law. Overall, a very enjoyable and relaxing experience. Highly recommended. ##### Matthew D. Property management was extremely responsive any and all needs. The pool and the hot tub were not exceptionally inviting as the pool was not clean when we arrived and the hot tub had issues. We had to call about it several times but I will say that each time we called someone came out. Cleanliness was not top notch which is the only reason I can't give the property 5 stars. The area around the pool was litered with toys and candy wrappers. Found candy under the cushions of the sofa and glass on the floor. I wanted and thought I was paying for a house located on the Ocean side, the view looks like you step out on a white sandy beach, but we had to walk about a block away. I wanted to watch the waves and drink my coffee. The view in the picture is actually through two house in front of you. The hot tub kept having an issues draining itself, maintenance was quickly there to fix that. Besides my view, the house is beautiful. The weather was perfect! ocean side ##### Nena L. The property was great for all that were there…by the end of the week the Father and Mother in law were stairmasters and said they would have picked the first floor bedroom by the end. Had trouble getting in because no instruction on how to open the door. Loud alarm when door opened and nothing on how to turn it off. When I asked was told to just shut the door. Nothing on how to use the TV services, swimming pool and hot tub. Contacted property management 3 times before getting anything taken care of. Swimming pool was full of bugs and leaves, couldn't get the hot tub to heat. Was told that it was serviced on Saturdays and since it was so windy, lot of leaves etc. just get in the pool. The filter and heater were on a timer but no other information and was never able to use the hot tub. Had to kill several roaches during the stay. There were hairdryers in only 2 of the 4 bathrooms so 4 women had to share. So no helpful information to make the stay easier but plenty of texts about fines if any pool bands were missing or the trash cans weren't brought back in by a specific time.
