Pelican Beach Resort 910 - 9th floor 1 Bedroom 2 Bathroom 873 sq.ft. condo with Wifi, Free Parking, Smart/Cable TVs, Beach Chairs, Umbrella aiming best class service is right on the beach with great views of Gulf Coast from the balcony. No road crossings, just go down and enjoy our private beach.  
  
Pelican Beach offers the dream vacation with BEST views, sand and sea in the area at 5 minute drive from heart of Destin, Harborwalk Village and across Big Kahuna Water & Adventure Park.  
  
  
This condo features;  
\* Stainless range, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher. Vacuum cleaner, iron & ironing board, hair dryers.  
\* Coffee machine (drip+K-cup), toaster, blender, kettle, full kitchenware  
\* Master bedroom has a king size bed with a Smart HDTV with Cable, direct door to master bathroom  
\* Hallway has bunk beds for sleeping 2. 2nd bathroom is accessed from hallway  
\* Sofa in the living room is a sleep sofa which converts into a queen bed  
\* HD Cable TV (Cox Ultimate channels) and high speed Wi-Fi  
\* Coin operated laundromat on the same floor  
\* Two beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler for the use of our guests. You also have an option to rent umbrellas and chairs on the beach. IMPORTANT: Tents and canopies are NOT allowed on the beach, just umbrellas. Private umbrellas are only allowed behind the rows of rental umbrellas.  
\* Keyless entry door lock system, no keys during your stay with your unique code.

Our goal is to provide you a family owned place to stay that makes you feel like you’re in a home -away from home- to make sure you will return for years. We will be available to you 24/7 if you need us.  
  
HOUSE AND RESORT RULES  
  
  
\- 1 parent/adult guardian over 25 years of age is required for every 3 unmarried guests under 25 years of age to check-in.  
\- Tents and canopies are NOT allowed on the beach, just umbrellas.  
\- No smoking anywhere in the building, unit or on the balcony (except designated area on the ground floor).  
\- Pets are not allowed. We all love our furry friends, but unfortunately HOA does not allow any pets in the resort premises.  
\- Rates are quoted for entered occupancy and extra person fees may apply if occupancy is increased after booking. Visitors are not allowed to the resort.  
\- We do not allow any towels (except beach towels), sheets, bedspreads to be removed from our condo at any time.  
\- Guest will be required to e-sign our rental contract upon booking. There shall not be any terms which are not included in our listing and policies here.

We are the Colasan family managing Kathy's units. I am a scuba instructor, vintage car collector, frequent traveler. Father to 2 sons. Love travelling with family. Destin has always been our favorite destination with its tranquility, great beaches and clear waters. That is why we have now multiple condos to offer to you and some more that we manage personally, with our service and attention

This was our first time going to the beach as a family and it was wonderful. The host replied quickly, the room had plenty of space and was very clean, views were beautiful, and we loved that we had a cafe/tiki with the resort. Will be staying again next year!

The condo was comfortable. Had all the pots, pans, coffee maker, and an iron which made things helpful. The view was spectacular. Condo had most items you would need for an enjoyable beach vacation. The garbage shoot is nearby and unfortunately the noise would wake me when people disposed of late night trash. The facility is non smoking however many people do not follow those rules as someone in a nearby condo was absolutely smoking every time I was on the balcony. My kids are 17, 15, 12. The bed accommodations were fine but would be more comfortable for younger/smaller kids as the top bunk bed had limited space. The elevators were on the fritz during our stay. My husband was stuck in one for 10 minutes but we learned the “better” elevator and just used that or the stairs. Overall it’s a nice condo and best for less people or for younger kids as it is quite cozy.

#### Family Vacation

Our stay was honestly flawless. The location was great, the condo was very clean, and the check in process was quick and easy. I also really appreciated that the room was equipped with everything we needed. Simple things that we forgot to bring or just needed, we found at the condo. Such a relief! The only complaint is that there is no washer and dryer in the room. We didn’t think that this would be such an inconvenience, but it was. No worries though, there was a community style washer and dryer down the hall available at a very affordable rate. There were plenty of towels and sheets available for our family of four. We highly recommend!

We had a great time! The location was amazing. Each morning i had my coffee on the balcony watching the dolphins in the Gulf. The weather was beautiful, but the water was still a little chilly for swimming. The multiple heated outdoor pools were perfect! The property had everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The condo was clean, stocked with everything we needed and a great location. We will absolutely be back!

My husband and I celebrated our 40th anniversary and his 60 th birthday. The condo was beautiful and very clean. The view is gorgeous! Check in was easy. Kathy went above and beyond, which we greatly appreciated! I couldn’t ask for a better host!

#### Beautiful amazing time

We enjoyed our stay here so much! Amazing location, literally steps to the beach! Highly suggest renting a beach chair and umbrella in advance because you will want to use it all day! We had an infant and were able to go from the pool to the beach to the room with such ease! The actual room has a great setup for families! Everyone had their own space including our teenagers who loved the bunk bed setup and the view is spectacular! Having 2 bathrooms was also a plus so that everyone was able to shower and use the bathroom as needed! Thank you so much for making our stay such a wonderful experience! The owners responded immediately when we had a question and even checked in with us later to make sure we were good!

#### Nice condo, excellent location

The condo is exactly as described. Very nicely furnished and had everything we needed for our stay. The only downside was the trash chute is located very close to the bedroom and can be quite noisy at all hours when people decide to deposit their trash in the chute. We were there over a very crowded holiday weekend so this may not be the case during off-holiday stays. Communication with the owner was seamless and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

This place was a great place to stay! We went to Universal Studios for three days before coming to relax at the beach! Ninth floor is perfect setting to drink some coffee and look out over the Gulf. It was beautiful. The water is clear and the sand is white! Would definitely recommend this place!
