The condo was perfect for our trip and had all the essential basics we needed. The pools were great, very clean, and the beach was also well-maintained. We especially appreciated having plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas available for use—it made our beach days so easy and enjoyable. Just go down stairs and you are on the beach in a few seconds. Awesome little tiki bar with all you need for a quick bite to eat or a cold beverage. The condo was perfect. 4th floor had a beautiful view of the beach and was very convenient to the stairs and elevator. Wish it had washer and dryer but it was so restful sitting on the deck. We just loved sitting there. Very comfortable bed. The only bad thing about staying at this resort that you couldn’t sit by the water unless you paid money to get an umbrella and chair I just didn’t know about that we had bought a canopy to put up but no tents or anything we’re allowed. It was sad not to be by the water or sit on the beach so we won’t be back to that resort again eventhough we liked the condo. Master bathroom needs some deep cleaning and is a bit beat up. Amenities were great. The closet had beach chairs and an umbrella - so appreciated this! As others said, the elevators were an issue and we ended up taking the stairs all the time. There was construction ongoing so we were awakened a few mornings at 7am with noises but it got us started on our days early. Everything was just easy. Property management was proactiive in sending text communications for arrival, they texted us to check in a couple times to make sure we were satisfied with everything or if we needed anything. Upon checkout we were messaged with all the little friendly check out reminders. I feel like they truly made an effort for us to have a nice comfortable stay. I have read some reviews on here where people complained about the front pool closing at dusk. We had an ocean front balcony and it was quieter and more enjoyable with this pool closing earlier. We appreciated it closing at dusk. There are 2 more pools on the side of the building that are open until 10 or 11 pm. The tiki hut is open until 10pm too for drinks and snacks. I believe they stopped serving hot food at 5 or 6\. We had no complaints about the onsite restaurant it was small but the food was good and they had enough options.
