Nice quiet villas and beach. We had the private walkway all to our selves. Not a far walk to the prettiest beaches in Florida. It is in a perfect location to the water park and the best restaurants. Walking distance to many family attractions. Our unit was roomy. Could sleep 8 which would be tight. Our party ended up being 3 which allowed for great deal of privacy.
