Thank you for your understanding! ✹ NO SMOKING ✹ BOOKING GUEST MUST BE 25+ AND PRESENT DURING THE WHOLE STAY - In the event of a disturbance, property security or local police will be called. ✹ CANCELLATION POLICY: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 28 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 28 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. In the event of a cancellation, the 4% Credit Card Processing Fee is non-refundable.
