BEDROOM #1 - KING BEDROOM with Private Ensuite Bathroom - 1st Floor This is a very large bedroom that is perfect for guests who would prefer to stay on the 1st floor. It features a KING BED, and a flat screen TV. A sleeper chair provides a nice place to relax, or perhaps for a child to share your room. The large private ensuite bathroom has just been fully remodeled and features a large vanity with two sinks and plenty of storage, a commode & a large walk-in shower. Bathroom #2 - 1st Floor This beautifully updated full bathroom is convenient for everyone to use on the 1st floor. BEDROOM #5 - TRIPLE QUEEN BEDROOM with Private Ensuite Bathroom - 2nd Floor Children, teens, and adults alike LOVE this bedroom! It features 3 QUEEN BEDS, HDTV and a built-in dresser. It's the room that everyone talks about with lots of space and beautiful vaulted ceilings, and bedside tables and lamps between the beds. BATHROOM #5 - Guests staying in the Triple Queen Bedroom will appreciate this gorgeous ensuite -- just updated in 2024\. It features a double vanity, a commode and a beautiful walk-in tile shower. THIRD FLOOR \-------------------- BEDROOM #6 - Bunk Room/Play Room with Private Ensuite Bathroom - 3rd Floor The 3rd floor now has additional space for a BUMPER POOL TABLE with windows all around - enjoy the OCEAN VIEW! It's a great place for children or teens to hang out. However, adults will want to check it out too - for a game of pool and definitely for the view! There are 2 full-over-full bunk beds (yes, that's 4 full-size beds.) BATHROOM #6 - For 3rd floor bunkroom guests, this bathroom has a custom vanity and sink, commode and stand-up shower. LARGE POOL & OUTDOOR AREA Step out from the living room to enjoy our beautiful 18' x 30' private pool (one of the largest in Crystal Beach.) It's a gorgeous pool with custom mosaic tile and a large sunning deck and artificial turf all around for you to enjoy the Destin sunshine! The raised spa has a waterfall effect into the pool; it is the same temperature as the pool (not a hot tub.) It's a great place to cool off in the summer with relaxing, massaging bubbles. Pool/spa heat is available for $40/day. (Max temperature is about 85 degrees for both.) Near the pool, there's a natural gas grill for your favorite dinners. You'll also find plenty of seating and dining tables with a pergola, umbrellas and chairs. PERFECT BEACH LOCATION You'll be right across the street from the beach (Scenic 98) - public beach access is just steps away. We provide a cart with beach chairs and an umbrella too. This home is in the heart of Crystal Beach, a quiet, walkable neighborhood with white picket fences and easy access to shopping, restaurants and activities in Destin. Destin Commons, a beautiful upscale shopping and entertainment center, is less than a half-mile away. It features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Bass Pro Shop, World of Beer, Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl & Grill, AMC Theater with IMAX and much more. Local favorite, Camille's, is just down the street, and The Crab Trap is about a mile east. You can bicycle, scooter, Jet ski and go parasailing all within walking distance. The Silver Sands Outlet mall is not far for those who enjoy “retail therapy”! OFF-STREET PARKING You may park up to 5 vehicles at this home, depending on size. There is no street parking allowed in Destin. PET FRIENDLY We are pet friendly and welcome your dogs in our home. There is a $300 per dog extra fee and your dog must be pre-approved by the owner. Close to lots of attractions and the free beach set up was great. Couple things there was dog poop on the outside of the pool area in the grass however they came and cleaned it up within minutes of me calling. The golf cart needs to be retired and a new one would be great. Again even with those two things we would definitely rent again. ##### Noah K. The location was one block from the beach which was convenient. Any issue we had was addressed immediately plus the realtor called often to check on our status. The home works so well for a large group and provides all the amenities you are looking for during a beach vacation. We ended up walking farther than expected with all our beach gear and small kids. Also: TV and wifi didn't work in top floor and "three queens" room. Other than that, we had a wonderful week. The pool was fantastic, the rooms and beds were spacious. Washer and dryer sets on first and second floors was great. Great place for a family vacation. ##### Danny D. VERY well accessorized. By that I mean every cooking utensil one would expect plus an extensive array of cutlery and dishes. TWO large refrigerators and two large washer / dryer combos (one on first and second floors). Open air "hot tub" is not what you would expect at your health club, and there is a substantial upcharge to heat the pool, but those were small concerns to us. A HUGE plus is the company, which was IMMEDITELY response to any concerns. This is in SHARP contrast to our experience with several other agencies in the area. Sugar Palm Rentals even called us occasionally "just to see" if everything was alright. They are great, and so is this property. ##### Clifford H. The property managers could not have been more responsive to our requests. We really appreciated that! The pool area was beautiful and the heater worked as advertised. We had a pretty good size group and we're surprised to learn there was not enough steak knives. I would suggest addressing that and perhaps addressing the grill/outdoor kitchen to be more in line with the size of the home. One last suggestion, please be sure the cleaning service thoroughly mops the floors prior to new guests. They did an outstanding job other than this and it would be a great job done. Dead spots in all the bedrooms. OR Cuts in and out bad. They could buy a stronger router/modem to match the size of the house and the number of users. Or they could move the router/modem to a more central location which still might need extenders added. We use wifi for not only entertainment but to keep in touch with work. This complaint was blown off on day two by management by saying the wifi was provided by their internet provider (Cox) and "out of their hands" . BS is what that was.
