The cleaning company the resort uses is just ok. the condo was tidy and lots of it seems recently updated. The owners were super quick to respond to a clogged drain and answering questions. I would recommend booking umbrellas on the beach extremely ahead of time so you’re not at the back of the beach. ##### karissa s. With 3 pools none of them were crowded and the tiki bar was awesome. Bonus was the servers from the tiki hut came down to the beach and did drink orders. The only downfall for us was you need to reserve the beach seating early. Had we known this we would have gotten a better view of the water and not rows of chairs (which were 5 rows deep). You can put up your own chairs behind them which we ended up doing since the seat selection wasn’t any better. The elevators were quick and everyone was nice. Condo was very clean and updated. Comfortably accomodated four adults. Great location as you are close to a lot of Destin sites and right on the beach. It has everything that made our vacation memorable. The kitchen has all utensils , pots and pans. Fast WiFi for kids games. 2 big screen TVs that made watching movies enjoyable. The best part is the view from the balcony facing the water and one side facing the city. The security is really tight in that place which makes it safe if you have kids. We had a great experience with our stay. The condo had both great views and convenient access to the beach.
