Location, location, easy access to desirable attractions! Direct access on the beach without having to cross the street. This is a brand new listing and if you are interested in seeing the reviews of my other listings, please visit Vrbo listings: 3194999, 3459188, 3998136 Pelican Beach Resort 1605 is a 1-bedroom condo with stunning Gulf of Mexico views from your private balcony, an open-concept living area, and comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to 6 guests The fully equipped kitchen is designed with a bar that overlooks the living area for entertaining or enjoying a casual meal. Sleeping arrangements include 1 king in bedroom, 2 hallway bunks, and 1 queen pullout in the living room. 24-hour security is provide at this gated resort. The onsite amenities include heated indoor/outdoor swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, covered parking garage, tennis courts, outdoor gas grills, cafe', hot tub & Tiki Bar where you can enjoy refreshing drinks by the pool or on the beach. Coin operated washer and dryer are available on each floor. It is the perfect getaway for relaxation or fun. Also, since Pelican Beach Resort is a very popular destination, the beach does get crowded seasonally. For a better beach experience, please reserve your beach service early at La Dolce Vita Beach Service. I do have two reclining beach chairs and an umbrella that anyone is free to use and they are found in the owner's closet if you don't want to rent. I provide tons of garbage bags, dishwash pods, toilet paper & paper towels so few less things you need to worry about bringing. There are EV chargers available in the parking lot. We have multiple units at Pelican Beach Resort that are located steps from each other to accommodate bigger parties, based on availability. If this unit does not have the availability you are looking for, please contact me for additional availability at any of our other completely renovated Pelican units. The dishwasher and washer/dryer mix were great. The washer dryer mix works well with small loads. Property owner was easy to communicate with and QUICK to respond. There were great recommendations on the fridge. Place was clean as well, good amount of parking. We can’t wait to go back and book this place again! It was very very well furnished and had everything we could need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The views from the balcony were amazing. The bed was extremely comfortable and the kids loved the bunk beds. We were very impressed with how easy communications with the host, Julie, were. She is very attentive and responds very quickly. While we did not have any issues while staying here, I believe if we did, that Julie would have had them taken care of immediately.
