Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' Sterling Shores is under renovation for a beautification project in which they are working on all balconies and walkways to the condos. Due to this beautification process, one pool closest to the building may close in November very briefly. No other amenities will be affected. Renovations are currently in progress Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The renovation is set to be finished by 1/29/2026\. If bad weather interferes with the beautification process, renovations could continue into February. If there are any updates, I will let you know. We have blocked down the units that are primarily affected by this construction. June-Labor Day is painting the exterior and should not cause much of a disturbance. After Labor Day, you may experience floor grinding noise and dust. We are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you and we hope you enjoy your stay! The location to the ocean was perfect, especially with our littles ones. Easy access going to and from the pools. The only issue we ran into was not having coffee filters. We just assumed this was part of the start of supply of items. But we had to find out the hard way there were none. So we didn’t get to make coffee one morning. Which is a bummer, especially if you have little ones lol! But we were able to go out and buy some, it just would have been nice to know beforehand. So many restaurants and stores nearby for convenience. Condo was clean and set up was nice, definitely spacious enough for us. Only thing I will say the only provided us with 2 bath towels, but Walmart was super close to buy some there. We loved that it was gated, elevators are little slow, but it’s expected on a busy time of year. 10/10 though ! Jul 24, 2023 #### Great rental We are a family of 4 and this place was perfect for us. There is a king size bed in the bedroom, a TV, extra pillows and a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen has everything you need for your stay, food excluded. It has a coffee maker if you still use the filters or use the pods. The balcony is spacious and has a great view of the property and the ocean. The pool is amazing and you are given codes to access the pool, the door to your unit and beach access. The unit was very clean, spacious and very accurate in the description. Walking distance to restaurants and groceries stores. The view from the unit was awesome. The only negative is the bed and the couch in the living room, both are sinking in. These are minor issues that can be fix. I will recommend this place to my family and friends. ##### IVETH I. Also only 1 elevator working the entire time we were there. Had to wait in line for it. All outside doors need painting or at least a good cleaning. ##### Sandy P. It may not be the fanciest condo out there, but it was exactly what we were looking for. The location is GREAT! Right across the street from a restaurant and a coffee/candy shop, private access to the beach, and beautiful pools. There was a little mildew in the bathroom above the shower, but otherwise the condo was very clean. Off the balcony, you do not get a direct view of the ocean, but the view is still quite pretty. We were told by the beach security to bring up the fact that there are new rubber wrist bands for guest (instead of the paper ones we had). However, this did not pose any issues! Oct 20, 2020 Liked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy Disliked: Cleanliness, communication #### Problems with refrigerator and backup generator \*\*\*\*To date management has not offered a refund for the day and night with out power due to their faulty backup generator\*\*\* The cold shower, no power, and inoperable elevator forced us out early. Prior to hurricane Sally making landfall, the unit refrigerator had broken and was not fixed or replaced. The mattress could also stand to be replaced. Housekeeping prior to our arrival was not to standards, hairs in the shower, hair ball on bathroom floor, and really dirty bedroom floor under the bed. To be clear, we would try this unit again with after a new refrigerator and mattress are installed, and possibly a managment/housekeeping change. ##### Dan W.
