Inlet Reef Club 107 is located on Gulf Shore Drive in the heart of Destin close to shopping, beach activities, restaurants, a water park, and so much more! This wonderful first-floor unit is one level up from the ground floor and is situated right on the beach with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from an expansive balcony. The master bedroom features a large king bed, designer bedding, private access to the balcony, and a flat-screen TV. The ensuite master bathroom offers a glass enclosed seat-in shower and a single vanity. There is also a separate dressing area with another sink and vanity with a chair just outside the large walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers two cozy twin beds, designer bedding, as well as a flat-screen TV. The second bathroom is accessible from the hall and has a shower/tub combo and a single vanity. In the living room, you will find a brand new microfiber sleeper sofa, coordinated furnishings, a large flat screen TV, a DVD player, sink and bar area and access to the balcony. The kitchen offers full-size appliances, upgraded tiled counters, and all the housewares you will need to make family meals. There are bar stools at the breakfast bar, a dining table for six, as well as an eat-in kitchen table for four for plenty of seating. For your convenience, enjoy a private full-size washer and dryer to use during your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Emerald Coast at its best

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this particular unit and the third time we’ve stayed in the building. Very nice Condo, you couldn’t ask for a better view! Everything goes perfectly every time. Would highly recommend this Condo to anyone. We will be back soon!

The unit needs a thorough cleaning and some maintenance issues addressed. The carpet should be replaced with something other than carpet. The balcony is great. The location is great with great views.

Very unkept and dirty

The dirtiness that consumed this unit was awful. It wasn’t anything that housekeeping could fix. Mold, dirty furniture, cracked floors, dirty carpet u wouldn’t walk on. I’ve reached out to vacasa but have not heard back. I have pictures! Ridiculous pricing for the shape of the unit!

Best time ever.

If ur looking for an amazing safe spot for your family to vacation this is it,its directly on the beach with absolutely stunning views of the ocean,we saw multiple dolphins everyday from our balcony,the place was clean,beds r comfy,tv and internet worked perfect,AC was amazing,pleanty of room for myself,husband,14 year old and 3 year old,we all loved it,u also get 2 beach chairs and umbrella at no cost,the pool was clean and gorgeous,and super close to all the fun that destin has to offer,also highly recommend going to Just Chute Me parasailing,it was wonderful and so fun,we will forsure be coming back this summer..missing it already and we r still in the car on the way home.✌💚

the unit stove didn't work, utensils and plates were dirty. the floors were dirty. the microwave vent cover fell on my husband face and the tv stopped working. the furniture is outdated the only nice thing about the unit is the view of the ocean. submitted complaint to management and never heard back.

Would not recommend at all

We have stayed in this condo twice and BOTH times the AC has not been functioning for the duration of our stay. It is clear that the AC unit needs to be replaced, but the owners refuse to do so and their guests are forced to be uncomfortable and displaced. In addition, the carpet is in dire need of being replaced. Stains everywhere. Mattresses are also uncomfortable. This condo could be great if the owners put time and money into updating it. We love the building and we love Vacasa, but do yourselves a favor and rent another unit in Inlet Reef.

Great views, but…

The location was great. The beach access was only for guests/owners only, so crowds were light. The rental included an umbrella and 2 chairs (wish we had known this ahead of time), which made for a great week of beach enjoyment. The view from the balcony of the condo was fantastic, unobstructed, serene. The best feature of the condo hands down. We enjoyed many meals, snacks, drinks, and reading breaks outside watching the waves, dolphins, birds, boats, and parasailing. The condo unit itself was a bit underwhelming. It had enough space for our family of 5, and I didn’t have to worry about my kids being too rough on it. The couches are old, the table is scuffed, carpet had some stains, etc. However, it was not equipped for 6 guests as claimed. There were only 3 total forks, 5 chairs at the dining table, no oven mitts, one dish towel, and the large burners on the stove did not work. A lot of minor inconveniences that took away from the vacation experience. All in all, the location is the true value and the beds were comfortable.

Outdated furniture. Mold in master bathroom with paint hanging off the ceiling. Second bedroom carpet was disgusting and stained. The stove did not work. One of the eyes was missing for the front burner. There is an unnecessary "water bar" leading to the balcony. Myself and all three kids tripped over. My elderly mother face planted onto the cracked tile inside the unit. She was unable to enjoy the vacation she paid for. The fall broke her glasses and left her banged up with bruises and a busted mouth. The bar itself was not marked nor was there any sign to "watch step" posted. The lack of concern was disgusting. The GM for the Destin office admitted he himself has tripped over said bar. Needless to say we will not return nor will we rent from Vacasa again. Unacceptable to say the least.

My family really enjoyed our stay at this unit. The view was great and we loved the quick access to the beach. It also wasn’t too over crowded even for a holiday weekend. Our room was nice and we will definitely be back for another stay.

As for as Our location, it was awesome and the set up was great. But, the beds are very uncomfortable and sink in the middle. Could not get the air conditioner to go below 73 which was at 4 o’clock in the morning. Stayed majority of the time at 75°. Tech came out and it kept freezing. Problem never resolved.

Wonderful!!

We really enjoyed the view from the condo!!! The environment is quiet and relaxing, and the beach is not overcrowded. The condo was clean and pretty!!! The only complaint I have is that the king bed mattress is not comfortable! If you rolled over, you were in a hole in the middle. But other than that, it was awesome!! My family will definitely rent this condo again!!!
