The condo was beautifully decorated & had everything we needed. Our only dissatisfaction was that we went through VRBO to book the place & it is managed by another company. We were charged a fee from both, which is outrageous. If we had gone through the management company, we would have saved the VRBO charge. This is a VERY BAD POLICY & IS RIPPING OFF YOUR customers. I have rented many properties through VRBO in the past & have never had this occur. I will always double check from now on to see if there are double fees & not go through VRBO if there is. ##### Katy W.
