This project will consist of balconies being worked on and windows being replaced. In additional to exterior work there will be walkway sealing done. You can expect to see scaffolding onsite as well as construction crews. Noise such as concrete grinding and possible debris could occur as well. Balconies may be inaccessible as well as views obstructed. Discounts will not be give for construction related inconveniences including but not limited to noise, closed or removed amenities, closed/blocked balconies, or dust/debris. If you are looking for unobstructed beach views, look no further. As you enter this third floor corner unit, you are immediately greeted by spectacular views to the south and west of the gorgeous emerald green waters. Inlet Reef 301 is a three bedroom unit with water views from every room. The open and large kitchen has quartz countertops, soft closing drawers, and Samsung appliances. The refrigerator has an ice and water dispenser. There are all the pots, pans, silverware and dishes needed to cook your favorite meal. The large dining table seats 8 comfortably and there is additional bar seating for 3\. The living room boasts magnificent views through large floor to ceiling windows of the beach, a large sofa, 2 swivel chairs, a 65 inch flat screen Smart TV, a DVD player and balcony access. The main bedroom has a king bed, a smart flat screen tv, and balcony access. The main bathroom has two sinks, one with a large vanity area and a walk in shower. The first guest bedroom has 2 full beds with a wall mounted flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and a single on the top. The second bedroom also has a wall mounted flat screen TV. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The hexagonal balcony has the most incredible gulf front views. There is a table with seating for 4 and 2 additional Adirondack chairs. This is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, watch the boats go out in the morning, the dolphins swim past or the sunset in the evening.
