As a ground-floor unit, this beautifully decorated condo is just steps from the beach, providing the perfect haven for relaxation. Unit 104 features tile floors throughout, creating a clean and modern atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen includes a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig for your convenience, along with stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and upgraded cabinets. The living room is designed for comfort and entertainment, featuring a leather couch, a 65-inch TV with a DVD player, and a sound bar for enhanced audio. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a 65-inch TV, while the master bathroom offers a walk-in shower and a tall toilet. The guest bedroom includes a full bed and a set of twin bunk beds, and the guest bathroom features a tub, making it ideal for families of up to six. Set against the serene backdrop of Holiday Isle, Unit 104 offers a peaceful retreat away from the main highway while remaining close to local attractions. This condo includes internet access, as well as bath and kitchen towels provided for your comfort. During your stay, you’ll have access to a fantastic selection of on-site amenities, including a heated pool, two lighted tennis courts, a BBQ grilling area, shuffleboard, exercise rooms, saunas, and coin-operated laundry facilities. Guests will also enjoy complimentary beach service (March–October), which includes two chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily on the beach. A convenient towel-exchange laundry service is available during your stay—simply check with the front desk for scheduled days. \*This property does not allow groups of adults under age 25\. We had a great stay and would definitely stay there again. Our only complaints were the air conditioner was a bit loud and the mattresses on the bunk beds were very thin and not comfortable.
