Walking distance to the white sands & blue water beach! You can, however, tell that it has been loved by many as it does need a little TLC as in paint touch up. Had a few issues with light fixtures but maintenance was right on it and fixed it promptly for us.It was well stocked and was furnished and decorated very tastefully. Great location and nice view from the top floor, but the top floor smelled like a damp basement. Smell did not go away. Also, the walk to the public beach access point is too far if you have a lot of items to carry. Found out that we could have accessed the beach from the inn across the street but we weren't provided the access key and that was frustrating. We also didn't like any of the bathrooms. Top floor bathroom tub was clogged when we arrived. All bathrooms need to be upgraded and cable didn't work. ##### MAKESHA W. My husband has dementia and we did just fine, but he is still very physically able to do a lot. It is truly a beautiful townhouse and location is perfect.
