STARTER KIT ⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie. Wi-Fi ⭐ Our property offers Resort Wi-Fi, which is a open/public network. Wi-Fi details can be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter or in the digital guidebook. While we understand the importance of staying connected, we cannot guarantee internet speed or signal strength, especially during peak season when demand is high. For faster speeds, we recommend bringing a hotspot device. Please note: Streaming services are not available due to the Wi-Fi being an open network, but cable TV is provided on all TVs. PARKING ⭐ Parking is available in the Parking Garage as well as the surrounding parking lots. Before checking in, we will register you in the Emerald Grande portal. Once you enter the complex, you will pick up your key card and parking passes from the Front Desk. It is a super easy process. :) Please note that the HOA does not allow golf carts or scooters. There is a height limit since you will be parking in a parking garage. Please reach out if you need to know specifics. BEACH ACCESS / WATER TAXI BEACH SERVICE ⭐ Emerald Grande offers their own Beach Water Taxi Shuttle Service. Please call our office for their contact info as well as additional information. To head to the Beach, you will need to take the Emerald Grande Water Taxi Shuttle located at boat slip #17 on the Harbor Walk next to the lighthouse. You will be asked to show your room key card. POOLS / HOT TUB ⭐ There are two pools and two hot tubs at Emerald Grande. No alcohol or glass is allowed near the pool/hot tub. You are not to use this amenity if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. You are not permitted to add anything to the pool/hot tub, including bath salts, bath bombs, etc. Please review and adhere to the Safety Precautions sign next to the amenity. Use the amenity AT YOUR OWN RISK! Please note additional rules for more info. SECURITY ⭐ Our property currently does NOT have an entry camera, but the resort does have cameras. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages. As well, the resort has security personnel who monitor the resort along with its amenities. If you cause any disturbances during your stay you will be asked to leave. PETS ⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the host's health and severe allergies, we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave. BOOKING ⭐ You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. No events or parties are allowed. CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT ⭐ Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST. If you arrive before 4:00 p.m. you may get your amenity cards from the resort and enjoy the resort amenities until 4PM! EARLY ARRIVALS ⭐ We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST. KITCHEN ⭐ Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink. SMOKING ⭐ NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property. REFUNDS ⭐ Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control. Water taxi to beach was cool, saw dolphins. A short drive back over the bridge was a big beautiful white beach with restaurants and a long pier. Would love to go back in the spring. ##### Jenny G. So Comfortable and equipped for what is needed for a great vacation week . The rental company is very transparent about what is provided and check in / check out times . Believe them when they don’t budge on relaxed check in/out times and starter supplies . They are also attentive and reached out to us numerous times during the week to make sure that all was going well . We had an issue with the ice maker . Everyone who i spoke to was very kind and helpful . Notes: Make things easy on yourself and bring your own beach towels . The condo doesn’t supply them but the front desk will give you cards to trade in for beach towels . If you don’t return the cards or towels at the end of your stay , you are charged 25.00 per missing card. Just bring your own . Pool- beautiful!! Work out room - very nice !! Hot tubs yasssss!! Lots to do on the Boardwalk . Harry T’s great food Brews and Bignets - get those little donuts . It’s vacation !! Boathouse - get the oysters -huge!! FatBoys for lunch - Sextons seafood market . Have an in-house seafood nite prepared in the condo . Fresh seafood . Reasonably priced . The condo complex is huge - the elevators take some getting used to . No issues just it can be confusing as to where things are . The location is perfect as there is a lot to do and see . We had a great time in Destin . A fun filled family vacation for kids and adults . I would stay again . ##### dayna K. Wish there was some cleaner there for the counters and if we could have gotten towels from the front desk would have been nice. We would totally stay there again in the future.
