Memories made at the beach? Now those are worth more than gold! This Destin beachfront condo at Jade East makes creating special moments so easy- its’ position 17 floors above the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico combined with its many windows for awesome beach views; the refreshing décor scheme of cool blues and greens accented by plush carpets and original art; and the high-end touches including marble countertops and travertine flooring- all ideal surroundings for memory making! A fantastic place for several couples or a large family to relax, 1710 boasts expansive views from each room, a wet bar adjacent to the living room, a furnished balcony, a fully stocked kitchen and a washer/dryer. Plus, the master suite has an oversized bathroom with a large travertine shower and bathtub. Guests of Jade East also enjoy deeded beach access, a Gulf front pool and spa deck, tennis courts, numbered parking, high-speed elevators and a barbecue area. Moreover, just beyond Jade East’s gates sits Big Kahuna’s Waterpark, numerous restaurants, golf courses and shops. During Spring Break and over the 4th of July holiday this condo requires a 7-night, Saturday to Saturday stay. During other Holidays we require a 4-night minimum. All other times, nightly rentals available. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. The view alone is priceless! The ease of getting to the beach was great! Great location to everything in Destin! Overall stay was fabulous tho and we would definitely return. The two guest bedrooms could use some blackout curtains tho because there are lights right outside both windows on the building that you cannot turn off. The condo is beautiful and the location perfect. It was so clean and decorated very nicely. I also appreciated the thought that had gone into having everything stocked that you needed. There were plenty of towels. The kitchen had everything you needed and the extra ice maker was so helpful. The other thing that was so nice about this condo was that the three bedrooms were nicely spaced so everyone had their space which is very nice. Will certainly stay here again. ##### Melody A. However, we stayed for 10 days and it was advertised as full kitchen for cooking but actually had very little cookware!! Considering the amount we paid per day they were also VERY chintzy on supplies. (1 roll of tissue paper per bathroom, 2 trash bags, 2 wash cloths per bathroom, ect) We had to go buy a ton of supplies. I’ve never had to purchase so many things to stay somewhere.
