Not only is the décor of this condo beautifully done but the view is unrivaled. With floor to ceiling windows and doors that lead out to a massive 300 square foot balcony, you can be assured to have optimal views of the Gulf of Mexico. Each of the three bedrooms feature flat screen Tvs and private baths plus the Primary suite also has gorgeous views of the Gulf. The property of Silver Beach Towers features two of the largest resort swimming pools in Destin complete with a large tanning deck and two hot tubs and all located right on the beach. The property also has a huge grassy area for the kids to play as well as a community grilling area. Conveniently located in the heart of Destin, Silver Beach Towers is close to shopping, attractions and restaurants. At Silver Beach Towers 903 guests are able to purchase discounted beach service, 2 chairs and 1 umbrella for $30 per day. Beach Service operates seasonally, March 1-Oct. 31\. Can be purchased in advance after booking. You will receive and email with details on booking your beach service. This property comes with 2 parking spaces. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. The bathroom showers had amazing water pressure - which I feel is hard to find. Some of the kitchenware/appliances need to be replaced (mostly the spatulas, silverware, and toaster) if you aren’t planning on cooking much it’s not bad. The master bed has a little bit of a divot in the center and the bed frame creeks when getting in, out, or moving around, we had a baby with us so I was nervous of waking him moving around. Overall we would definitely try to book this room again, the beach and pool were very nice and clean. ##### Drew W. The guests that stayed in that room would go to main master suite to shower because the water pressure was so weak. The televisions were crap. No signal half the time. This is definitely not a 7k dollar a week condo. You would think for 7k a week that everything would be perfect but it definitely was not. The after-hours lock box is in a dark hallway in an old motel with no parking for the office unless you use the handicap spaces. Anyway, just a mess of a check-in process! Very clean unit. Absolutely gorgeous views from private balcony. Cons- yes, the bed in master is not great and the dryer still takes a while to dry. The sofas are pretty worn out too. All consistent with a lot of use! But, it’s all clean and bug free which is wonderful. ##### Mary K. Parking was good in a good location with lots to do. Only thing I would check the stability of all furniture because one of my family members sat on a bench and it broke on her. Loved looking at the ocean right from our balcony. The only drawback was the dryer. It took 3-4 round to dry the clothes. We notified them, and they came right away to try and fix the issue. Unfortunately, it must have been something major since it was wasn’t fixed by the time we left. Other than that, it was an excellent experience! ##### Amanda L.
