Pros: location, view, spacious 1 bedroom, Nice showers, easy access Cons: bed needs new box spring ( very creaky) Internet in area can be spotty The building: renovations in condo above was loud occasionally, someone had a dog in the building and there was occasional barking, smoke from another condo when on the balcony. I could not be happier. 1st floor right on the beach. It had amenities for everything. Plenty of clean towels, sheets, silverware, you name it. The TV and WiFi worked great. Updated kitchen. Bathrooms were excellent. Bed was comfortable. Parking was super easy. I imagine it would be a little tighter when the building is full. I plan to stay here again. ##### Burton P.
