The lower level of the home will be just the place to gather and entertain, as a fully equipped kitchen (complete with full-size appliances and cooking equipment), comfy living area with a surround sound setup, and large dining table await to host both game nights and dinners. When everyone wants a bit of fresh air, the spacious balconies on the second floor are perfect for watching the sunset in the salty air. Be sure to bring your bathing suit along, because guests can dive into the shared swimming pool and hot tub after a long day exploring the city! The first main room of the home is straight down the hall from the front door, and it's a beauty! This spacious suite features extra seating and an en suite bathroom with double sinks, a jetted tub, and a standalone shower. It was a good stay in the home the only issue was the TVs in all the rooms were useless because the only remote that fully worked was the one for the TV in the Living Room. Jun 27, 2025 #### Very disappointed We visited Destin for our 1st time and stayed at The Villages of Crystal Beach in the COCO Bliss house. When booking the pictures looked great! However, when we got there it was totally different!! The refrigerator had a water leak, the night stands where all so sticky, the doors looked like they had terrible water damage, all the beds looked like they were 30 years old and the entry floor looked absolutely horrible! Also, the pool looked so beautiful in the picture and it was so nasty!! All the lounge chairs were stained and broke or just extremely dated. Finally, the location on the picture looked like the beach was just a block back and it was not at all. I called Vacasa and let them know about how dirty the house was and how the refrigerator was leaking and they never sent anyone out to fix it and only texted with me and thatā€™s it. My family and I are very disappointed. I took my three boys and their little families, it was perfect for us. The boys and their wives had a room each & I got to sleep in a room with my grandbabies, the beds were soft and rooms were nice sized. Short walk to the pool, which was very nice. A van that would take you to the beach and bring you back. We have a favorite spot in Destin at the beach so we drove a short distance and set up and the kids had an amazing time. The house was a short distance to the Commans which my Daughter in laws loved, so while one of my boys & myself cooked, they shopped and the other two boys stayed at the house and watched the babies play. Felt secure. The pool was beautiful and hot tub too. But- when we entered the property there were gnats in the kitchen. 20. The garbage bins were FULL outside. I reviewed the rule book. It is outdated. Garbage is not picked up daily (Tuesdays per the management). The garbage was not in bags. My assumption is that is because there are not enough bags in the house to contain the garbage for the guests to maintain. The grill cover was damaged, hanging off and rotting chicken in the cover. There was 1 pool bracelet for the 6 of us (rule book says 12 supplied). We were not able to use the pool until the following afternoon when bracelets were delivered. The TV's - all batteries were dead or missing for the remotes- and several remotes were damaged. We were not able to watch TV until that was resolved the following day late afternoon. I did contact management and they did deliver bracelets the next afternoon and send a maintenance employee over to clean the grill and remove the food, he put batteries in the remotes . He did not do anything about the gnats. We had to deal with those in the kitchen for the entire stay. I will not add photos since the management did fix all but the bug issue. My suggestion to the owner- update your rule books and spot check your cleaning crews work. Also- leave more garbage bags for guests. ##### Amy M. He promised they will be have a new replacement by next morning. Well, someone came late the following day but to our surprise he was there to ā€œtake measurement for the fridgeā€. Make the long story short, we left the place and never got a fridge. We had to spent time back and forth to buy ice to keep our stuff to prevent going bad. Finally close to noon my husband went to a local office we found and picked up our armbands. The wifi was out, we called customer service again and NEVER got a call back. The kitchen sink and the master shower drips water constantly. We had a grill to use but there was no propane tank, we had to go out and purchase one. With it being a short stay and all of the chaos, I misplaced the receipt. When I finally talked to customer service they took down all of my information and said someone would reach back out to me. Jun 13, 2025 #### Coco Bliss home We originally picked another home but we were contacted a few weeks later it was unavailable & this home was one of the homes offered. Rooms were as advertised, WiFi never stalled but upon arrival we realized there were no pool access bracelets and it took Vacasa over 24 hours to get them to us so we lost an entire day at the pool. Add how the outside trash cans were full upon arrival & not emptied for 2 more days. The upstairs pullout couch mattress was torn & impossible for even a child to sleep on. The downstairs master bedroom had yellow stains, the manual book in the home did not have the same check out instructions as the app instructions. The home manual also stated trash pick up was daily. The ice maker did not work at all & leaked water on the floor constantly, I immediately notified Vacasa with no response to fix it. Along with there were not even enough dishes/silverware to feed everyone on & the grill had no bottom so it was useless.. I wouldnā€™t recommend this home. All in all we made the best of it & had a good vacation -but we wouldnā€™t stay here again. ##### Nichole R. We truly liked the location it was a cute place. But it was not clean from the floors to the couches. Our kids feet turned black after only being in the house for a short time. In my opinion I truly feel that I paid good money for a 7 day visit in a ā€œhomeā€ but when we got there and started to put things away and unload we noticed the home had barley any supplies including silverware and coffee cups and the essentials needed in the kitchen. We called and they did respond by the next day and brought us over cups & silverware so we did appreciate that! However then we went to bbq and the gas grill they had outside was broken (gas lines broke all 4 of them) very dangerous. I called in hopes they would replace it as we were there for a week and planned on bbq a few nights of the week and then on my daughters bday. When I called they said they would look into it and keep me updated, they did not. I called the next day and was told again they would look at it and if they felt it was hazardous and needed to be replaced they would decide that (not me) and they again would keep me informed, they did not. So on the 3rd when I called back they said the case was close! ?? So they reopened it and said they would contact the owners and let me know, they did not. Finally on the 5th day when ā€œI called backā€ they said yes it is completely broke and needs to be replaced!!! FINALLY!!! Again, they would get in contact with the owner and let me know if he would replace it. At that point I did ask if maybe they had another one we could possibly use (every place in the community has one) but they said no. Anyways long story short- it was never taken care of and nobody ever contacted me again! This place has great potential but they would not even give us an extra garbage bag when requested. They only leave 1 dishing pod for the whole week. We were dissatisfied with the fact that it was not equipped with much of anything in the kitchen l. We had a coffee pot but no filters, we basically had to go buy dish soap, salt n pepper garbage bags coffee filters oh and toro it paper!! I do understand normal wear and tear but the beds are pretty used up and need to be replaced as well bc you roll towards the middle bc it sinks in so bad. Usually when we rent homes they are very well taken care of and cared for most ppl understand you are going on vacation to make memories and they want you to enjoy your visit! Our last place had a Keurig and coffee pods, a bottle of wine with a nice little welcome letter and the home came with Everything you would possibly need for your stay! I would say when ur spending over $5000.00 for a week, you would think it wouldnā€™t be asking too much to get 1 extra garbage bag šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø It only comes with one!
