Location is very good, close to almost everything but a quite area. We felt very safe with friendly people around us. Beds were awesome and rooms were large and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen with very large table for playing games or eating. Living room sofa and chair very comfortable. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and friendly. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance of the house. Destin’s most popular hotspots, restaurants, and surrounding beaches are also just a short drive. The house offers all the amenities you would want in a home-away-from home. Plenty of room for families and guests of varying sizes. Comfortable beds in the upstairs master and guest bedrooms. The property managers also offer extra pillows and linens if needed. The downstairs sleeping set up isn’t as private as the upstairs, and you have to use a pull-out mattress from the couch in the front room. The downstairs also offers a “guest bedroom” of sorts that adjoins to the laundry room and bathroom.The house is perfect for small-to-average sized families with children. Although it states that the house can sleep 8-10…I would say you’d need to consider adult sized occupants vs. families with children. The guest bedroom downstairs offers two single beds with one of them being a pull out from the top “bunk.” This IMO is mostly suitable for children or adolescents and might not be the best option for several adults staying longer than a few days. Comfortability level in terms of travel accommodations varies from person to person, but if you are looking for something where everyone wants their own room, this particular property might not be a fit.
