This spacious vacation getaway is perfect for large groups of up to eight friends and family alike. Between the three swimming pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, gym, and easy access to the gorgeous white sands of the beach, there's no shortage of amazing things to keep you busy!

Ideal for large families and groups of close friends, this first-floor condo is easily accessible and offers a great place to enjoy beautiful Florida sunshine. The Pelican Beach Resort is just a very short walk away from a wide variety of restaurants and activities, and your condo is a short stroll from beach access and just around the corner from the resort's many amenities, like the gym and swimming pool.

You'll love your new home away from home's relaxed, comfy atmosphere. Large windows let in abundant natural light, illuminating the brightly colored rooms and creating a warm, welcoming space to enjoy the home's many cozy furnishings. Central air and multiple ceiling fans will keep the house cool on those warm summer afternoons.

This getaway is made up of two separate condos - the two-bedroom, two-bathroom main section for six, and a one-bedroom, one-bathroom lock-off studio for two. This listing is for both, but each unit can be rented separately as well!

Take in some fresh air and shining Florida sunlight on the private balcony, then step back through the glass doors into the living room to relax in style. Just a few steps across the soft carpeting will take you to one of the room's several cushy sofas, perfect for watching DVDs and cable TV with your group or planning the next day's adventures on the WiFi.

The open layout kitchen makes whipping up tasty meals a breeze, with ample countertops and all the appliances you need to keep your group well fed. After coming together at the main dining table for six, cleanup is as easy as everyone bringing their dishes back to the dishwasher and turning it on!

With a total of three bedrooms and baths (one of each located in the lock-out), this getaway can sleep up to eight lucky guests at once. The master bedroom offers a luxurious king-size bed with sliding glass doors for easy access to the balcony, while the guest room offers two twin beds perfect for kids. The living room's sofa bed can sleep two more guests.

The self-contained lock-out offers a cozy studio condo with a generous queen bed near a kitchenette, flat-screen cable TV, private balcony access, and its own en-suite bath. Like the other two baths, it's spacious and flexible, and, in conjunction with on-site shared laundry facilities, ensures you won't bring any sand home with you - just your great memories.

The Pelican Beach Resort offers your group quick access to the beach via a quick walk on the boardwalk. White sands, crashing waves, and warm, soothing sunbeams await you, but there's plenty to do within the resort itself - you can get a good workout in at the gym or on the tennis courts, then relax in any one of the three pools or shared hot tubs. However you spend your day at the resort, you can come together with your friends and family and savor an al fresco dinner in the shared grilling area. And don't forget that Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park is right across the road!

Your resort getaway also provides easy access to the wonderful town of Destin and the surrounding region. Start your day with a trip to nearby Henderson Beach State Park, where you can enjoy swimming, fishing, and sunbathing on the Gulf shoreline before having a picnic lunch with your group. 🏖️ BEACH SERVICES: Beach services at the Resorts of Pelican Beach are provided by La Dolce Vita (866-651-1869). Hours are 9 am to 5 pm from March 1st through October 31st. All beach services are managed by La Dolce Vita under agreement with the Pelican Beach Resort Owners' Association. Policies are applicable to all guests and owners of the resort. Beach setups may be rented directly on the beach the day of, based on availability. To reserve a beach setup in advance or for more information, please call 866-651-1869 or reserve online.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
