Because it was on the first floor, it was easy and quick to get to the beach. The condo is located close to the elevator and close to the boardwalk to the beach. There is a beautiful view from the balcony. There were some problems with the kitchen. There was only one electrical outlet in a corner that was extremely difficult to reach. There were minimal cooking utensils; for example, there was no spatula. The refrigerator leaks, which causes water to collect and freeze on the top shelf. Before we realized this, some of our food was ruined. No blankets were provided. I expect beach condos to be very basic, but this one needs some work. It is in a great location with an excellent view and has potential. ##### Susan R. The location felt like you were away from all the hustle and bustle but was only a couple of miles away from everything you need. The condo was small, but adequate for just the two of us and very clean. It was advertised for up to 4 people but that would have been very crowded! The view from our balcony was amazing and we were only steps away from the pool and the beach! Security of the property was excellent.. The elevators are very small and extremely hot! Also, we were told that activities at the pavilion were listed in the elevators but this was not the case the entire time we were there. Would definitely consider staying here again. ##### Rose L. This location was amazing - on a stretch of clear, calm water and white powder sand. We’ve never seen beaches like this except in the Caribbean. Plus it’s close to lots of great restaurants, shopping and water activities at the marina. The unit was not fancy, but nicely furnished and very functional.
