We took this unit down to the studs, and then brought it back to life in a coastal farmhouse style we are sure you will enjoy. And yes we have shiplap! You are greeted into our unit by a one of a kind 4-foot mermaid work of art! The kitchen features custom painted cabinets, white upper cabinets and grey lower cabinets, quartz counter-tops, and all new stainless steel appliances. The appliances include: a refrigerator, a double oven range, an over-the-counter microwave, and a dishwasher. This kitchen is well appointed for those who would prefer to cook. We have included a toaster, blender, griddle, crock-pot, cookware, and even a Keurig. However, this unit is well situated to enjoy the fine dining establishments Destin has to offer! The dining room has a unique zinc top table with seating for 6\. Overhead lighting with a chandelier and 2 pot lights hidden within a wood beam, as well as a custom hutch, add to the farmhouse feel. We have even included handmade seahorses to keep you company while you dine. While a large mirror reflects the ocean view! The living area easily seats 7, and has a second overhead beam that conceals 3 pot lights to continue the theme. The living room includes a 65-inch TV mounted on shiplap with wall sconce lighting. Handmade custom drapes, artwork and accessories complete the appearance. There are 2 master suites, both feature king size beds and a 5 star hotel mattress.There is also a queen air mattress. Rustic furniture and custom bedding were carefully selected for a luxury retreat feeling. Each bedroom contains a 55-inch TV mounted to the wall, a large closet, and a dresser with a couple of end stands. An iron and ironing board are included in the unit as well as extra pillows and blankets. Each bathroom features unique glass tile, quartz counter tops and a shower. One has a walk-in shower, while the other offers a tub with a handmade shower curtain to match the drapes. To complete the farmhouse feel, a true vintage barn door provides entrance into one of the bathrooms. But the best feature of them all is the view! The view of the ocean from the 6th floor balcony is breathtaking! If you are looking for a truly exceptional vacation experience, look no further! Once you have stayed here, you will want to be sure and book it again and again! We had stayed in the area in the past at another property but it was larger and for more people. The holiday surf and racquet club was perfect for a couple and 2 young kids. Weather worked out great. We took advantage of many of the amenities. Racquet and pickleball rental, shuffle board, pool on site, complimentary 2 chair and umbrella setup on the beach (go down early 8am or so and see if you can claim a spot) all made our 3 day trip wonderful. We even arrived late Thursday at 1130 pm and someone was there at the desk to welcome us (email them ahead of time to let them know you are coming late). Great stay, would stay again. ##### Ryan E. The only problem we had with the condominium is that the door to the bathroom for the master bedroom did not close. The property has a nice pool with chairs and tables around the pool but one was prohibited from eating or drinking anything at the pool. Would have liked to be able to drink water or have a snack at the poolside. ##### Lisa E. We loved the location of the property. You are five minutes from all the activities and restaurants, plus your steps from the beach. We were able to watch the dolphins in the gulf every day, usually morning and evening. If you are sitting on the balcony to relax, it is loud with the acoustics of the pool. Please don’t leave your shoes on the shoe rack going to the beach. My husbands and sons shoes were stolen. Otherwise, it is a great place. ##### Tracy S. This place looked exactly as expected per description and pics. It is located directly over the tennis/pickle ball courts and pool. It was fun watching ppl play on the courts. Beautiful view of gulf with very easy access. Only thing I would mention is the beds are quite high off the floor if that’s a problem for you. They are extremely comfortable! Not handicap accessible but not advertised as such. This place did not disappoint!! Go here! We did not want to leave today! ##### Perrine D. The condo we rented has a beautiful ocean view . It is close to many commercial locations, including restaurants, harbor walk, shopping stores, and markets. We had everything needed within an arm reach. The condo appeared to be newly renovated with a full kitchen, clean and modern appliances all around the unit. Loved the rustic theme through out this unit. Perfect vacation for family! ##### Hue L.
