Wake up to panoramic Gulf views at Coral Reef Club 49. Coral Reef Club is one of Destin s best kept secrets. Located on Scenic Gulf Drive, next to the Henderson Park Inn. It's a low-density, family-friendly resort (only 3 stories which means fewer people on the beach!) CONTEMPORARY STYLE MEETS BEACHY DECOR! Our large 3rd floor condo is a great place for your family to use alone or to share with friends. It is decorated with a beachy-contemporary flair, utilizing items such as galvanized steel pipes as curtain rods, clean lines in the tiles and decor with a splash of beachy colors and original commissioned artwork! The condo itself is open and airy with vaulted ceilings in the living room and expansive views from the kitchen and living areas. You will be pleasantly surprised by all the extras in our home that you would not normally find in a rental unit. No need to pack up your porta-crib or highchair, we have them here! And of course, it goes without saying; you will love the white sand Destin beach that is just outside your door! FIRST FLOOR LIVING AREA In our main living area, we have two sliding glass doors with AMAZING beach views. There's an over-sized sofa with a coffee table, side table, and lamps. Enjoy your favorite shows on the large Smart TV. There are also 2 swivel rocking chairs with reading lamp to sit and enjoy the expansive views. There are also two upholstered side chairs that serve a dual purpose-- they can be used chairs for gathering around together, or as dining chairs. BALCONY The balcony is likely where you'll spend a fair amount of time, so we made sure we provided comfy chairs to sit and enjoy your morning coffee, have an evening cocktail or just lounge all day watching the dolphins frolic in the water. Because the balcony faces directly south, you can easily see the beautiful sunrise to the east and breathtaking sunsets to the west. FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN and DINING AREA Even if you don t like to cook, you'll find inspiration in our kitchen with a dreamy view of the beach. We, of course, have equipped the kitchen with all the necessities such as a dishwasher, toaster, microwave, icemaker, blender, ample plates, glasses and kitchen utensils. You'll also find a Keurig K-cup coffee maker, as well as a Bonavita drip coffee maker. The Dining area features a table with custom made table. For the wee little ones we have a highchair. BEDROOM 1: KING MASTER WITH ATTACHED BATH (Main Level) The Master suite has a King size bed with Egyptian cotton sheets, nightstands, reading lamps, large dresser, large closet and a Smart TV. The window has room darkening drapes. MASTER BATH: The attached full bathroom features a commode, vanity with sink, and a shared Jack-and-Jill style shower room with a tub/shower combination unit. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer and large fluffy bath towels. BUNK AREA (Main Level) For the children, we have built-in bunk beds in the hallway. There is a door in the hallway so you can put the children to bed and not disturb them while you are still enjoying the living area and kitchen. HALF BATH (Main Level) There is a half bath on the main level with a commode and a sink. You also have access to Jack-and-Jill style access to the tub/shower room adjacent to the master bathroom. Also has a hair dryer and large fluffy towels. SECOND FLOOR: BEDROOM 2: JR. KING MASTER WITH ATTACHED BATH The 2nd floor FULLY ENCLOSED loft bedroom has a King-size bed, with Egyptian cotton sheets, nightstands, reading lamps, chest of drawers, closet, and a Smart TV. This bedroom shares an attached Jack-and-Jill style bathroom which features a vanity with sink, tiled shower, hair dryer, and large fluffy bath towels. BEDROOM 3: DOUBLE QUEEN BEDROOM WITH ATTACHED BATH The 2nd floor fully enclosed loft bedroom has 2 Queen-size beds, with Egyptian cotton sheets, nightstands, reading lamps, chest of drawers, and a Smart TV. This bedroom shares an attached Jack-and-Jill style bathroom which features a vanity with sink, shower, hair dryer and large fluffy bath towels. OTHER FEATURES INCLUDED For your convenience, we also have a washer and dryer, and two irons and full-size ironing boards (one on each floor). And if you would like to keep up with friends, family or work while you are away, we provide free high-speed Wi-Fi. Maximum occupancy: 10 guests Primary renter must be at least 25 years old. No smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the balcony. No parties, events, or gatherings larger than confirmed guest count. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Pets are not permitted in this condo. Beach service (2 chairs + 1 umbrella) included daily (March–October). Please rinse off sand before entering the condo. Keep balcony doors closed when A/C is running. Do not hang towels or clothing on the balcony railing. Dispose of trash properly in designated bins. Follow all Coral Reef Club resort rules, including pool and beach guidelines. Séjour de 8 nuits en août 2025 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Garrett D. 6 août 2025 Points forts : Propreté #### Enjoyable Stay! We had a \*mostly\* great stay in this unit! Beach access was great, the location is a favorite for us, and the unit itself was very enjoyable. Our ONLY complaint was the smoking policy at the condominium. Because the unit is on the top floor, we unfortunately had tenants below that smoked literally all day long, and the smoke inevitably floated to our balcony, making the balcony almost unusable. For us, having a balcony is always a must on our trips so we can enjoy the beach into the evening, but that was not the case this time. We did speak to the office manager, and they advised HOA policy allowed smoking on the balcony and beach. (We also asked to move chairs at the beach due guests smoking next to our kids - one of whom is asthmatic). I know smoking isn’t a deal breaker for many (normally including us), but in this case, there wasn’t more than a 5 minute period where we could enjoy the balcony without inhaling smoke. Again, the unit itself was great and we enjoyed that aspect very much! ##### Garrett D. We really enjoyed this place. We were on the third floor but the elevator was not that far of a walk. We were in the very end of the building and the elevator was in the middle of building. We liked our chairs and umbrella in front of our condo so we could watch what was going on from our balcony. You could hear the ocean from our balcony. It was just perfect!! Very close to Publix , restaurants and anything you might need. We enjoyed the fact that it is also next to Henderson State Park, and therefore, that area of the beach wasn't very crowded. The beach service was very nice and after day one, he had our chairs reserved each morning. Our group of 6 adults and teenagers had plenty of space, but it would definitely be tight with any more. The spiral staircase is something to consider if you have young children or elderly people in your group. Getting a large suitcase up was difficult as well. The only small complaints are the lack of any mirrors in the upstairs bedrooms, and no shelving or hooks in the upstairs shower. Reservations, and check in was extremely easy, and our room was ready early on the day we arrived! Overall, the room was very nice, and the location perfect!
