So many great restaurants in walking distance. The unit was perfect. We watched the Christmas boat parade from the balcony. It was also nice have a parking garage. We have been to Destin area many times, but never stayed at The Emerald Grand. The Emerald Grand is on Harbor Walk, which made so easy to book a dolphin tour. I would recommend it. We also went to the private beach two days, it was too cold to swim. Had 4 adults staying here and there was ample room, the unit was clean and upgraded and the check in process was seamless. Great location right on the boardwalk.
