Great views of the gulf. Condo has plenty of space. Private beach access was nice, but had to fight with beach chair rental company for space on the beach. They set up at 5am and left all unrented chairs up all day. There is little beach to be had. Also a private beach to the right that is patrolled so you cant go there either. Very short walk to the beach across the street. Some beach chairs and things are provided. Could use more seats on the balcony. There are some dishes and utensils, no seasonings or anything like that. I would definitely stay here again. However, I do have a few complaints: - Directions to the condo are crap in my opinion. We had the location address but as far as what building (south or north) no idea. When I called for assistance, hardly any help was given we had to figure it out on our own. - Master bath does not have cold water - Fan in the master bedroom makes an awful noise when on - Tv in master had one channel that worked, so we just didn’t use it which was no big deal but I know some like to watch tv in the room ##### Ashley S. The views of the gulf from the condo are amazing! The walk to the beach was quick and easy. It was nice that the condo had some beach chairs and beach toys, in case you didn't have any of your own. The condo had lots of space for the 8 of us. The king bed, and the two full beds were very comfortable, but the twin beds need to be replaced. The back bedroom was hot, but we used a fan to draw in cooler air from the hallway, and it seemed to help. Thaddeus (maintenance) came to fix something that was broken from the previous rental.
