Things to note: Personal umbrellas/ tents/canopies are NOT allowed on the private beach. You must rent from the beach attendants. $86 for a setup of 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella for 2 days. They set up at 9 and you have to go down to reserve your stuff. They don’t take reservations over the phone. The house has a keurig AND regular coffee pot If something happens after hours, no one at the management company answers calls. We had a smoke detector that started chirping at midnight and needed batteries. We disconnected it and they were out first thing the next morning, but not sure what would happen if there was a real emergency. The driveway is narrow. You can park 4 cars, but if you are all in large SUVs/ trucks, you will not be able to get any beach wagons out to the sidewalk without moving a vehicle. I was able to pull my Yukon in the garage so that allowed us more space. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again. We had a wonderful weekend! ##### Kaylin L. Comes with all the amenities you would need. The walk to the beach short and easy, with no stairs to deal with getting to the beach too!
