Perfect for large families, it offers a chef's kitchen, multiple king beds, and family-friendly amenities. Enjoy the ultimate beach vacation in a vibrant community with tennis courts, close to shopping and dining.  
  
Step into this bright, airy, and welcoming three-story home, designed for comfort and creating lasting family memories. The open-concept main floor is the heart of the house, where you can relax on a comfy sofa in the spacious living room, gather for a movie night on the 80” Smart TV, or plan your next day's adventure.  
  
The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring an induction stove, stainless steel appliances, a Cuisinart Duo coffee maker, Kuerig Coffee Maker, and ample counter space. Prepare anything from a quick snack to a three-course gourmet dinner, and enjoy your meals together at the dining table with seating for 12, supplemented by bar seating for 8 at the kitchen island.  
  
Step outside to your private backyard oasis. Take a refreshing dip in the sparkling 30' x 12' heated pool, lounge in the sun, or grill up a delicious BBQ on the patio. For a quieter moment, retreat to the private 3rd-floor balcony to enjoy your morning coffee and delight in amazing sunset views.  
  
Bedrooms & Bathrooms  
This home comfortably sleeps 14 guests across five comfortable bedrooms:  
 \*\*Primary Bedroom (3rd Floor): A serene retreat with a King-size bed, ensuite bathroom featuring a jacuzzi tub and a walk-in shower.  
 \*\*Bedroom 2 (3rd Floor): Perfect for kids, with two twin-over-twin built-in bunk beds.  
 \*\*Bedroom 3 (2nd Floor): King-size bed, sharing a bathroom with Bedroom 4.  
 \*\*Bedroom 4 (2nd Floor): King-size bed.  
 \*\*Bedroom 5 (1st Floor): King-size bed with an ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower.  
 An additional sleeper sofa is located on the 1st floor.  
  
Entertainment & Family Fun  
\- Game Room: Challenge your family to a friendly competition with the foosball and shuffleboard tables.  
\- Family-Friendly Features: We provide a high chair and a Pack 'N Play (please bring your own sheets) to make traveling with little ones easier. Board games are also available for family fun!  
  
We respect our guests' privacy and aim to provide a seamless and uninterrupted stay. While we will not be present at the property, we are always available and responsive via the messaging platform should you have any questions or need assistance during your visit.  
  
\*\*Complimentary Beach Service: Enjoy complimentary beach service, which includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up on the beach for you. This service is available from March through October 31st. We also provide beach towels for your use.  
  
Pool Heating: The private pool can be heated to a comfortable 88°F for an additional fee of $75 per day, plus tax. This service must be requested at least 24 hours prior to your arrival to ensure the pool is warm upon check-in.  
  
\* Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of essentials to get you settled in, including 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish pod, 1 sponge, travel-sized dish soap, 2 trash bags per can, and a few washer/dryer pods. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed for the duration of their stay.  
  
Must be 25 to book and a rental agreement will need to be completed listing all guests and their ages.  
  
No Parties or Events. This is a peaceful family friendly retreat. Please note quiet hours are 10pm to 8am to maintain a great experience for everyone in the community.  
  
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected events like weather or power outages, which are outside of our control.   
  
Front exterior security cameras in use for your safety.  
  
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house and its private amenities, including the pool and backyard, for the duration of their stay. Relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.  
  
Private Entrance: Check-in is quick and easy with our smart lock system. You will receive a unique code for keyless entry before your arrival.  
  
Check-in/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is promptly at 10:00 AM.  
  
Beach Access: You will have access to a private, gated beach entrance just across from the neighborhood. The access code will be provided in your check-in instructions.

Great place for families! Close to the beach, spacious rooms, very clean and well appointed home, pool is a huge plus for little kids. You will need a car to get to most restaurants and attractions. We did not get a golf cart - the beach is a 5-8 minute walk and there would have been no where to park the golf cart anyway. I don’t think it would add to the experience.

#### Beautiful and Relaxing!

Our family was celebrating a retirement and Sea-Viche in Destin was the perfect place to do just that! Very well appointed home with space for all. The pool was so much fun and the 4’ depth was amazing! Thank you to the host for great communication and help when needed. Loved our week!

#### One of the best VRBO Properties I've ever stayed in

This property is wonderful. All of the amenities are up-to-date and the pool was great fun after a day at the beach. The private beach access is hard to beat, too. We flew in from DSI airport and it's a very short trip to the property, so that was a plus as well. Everything about our stay was wonderful.

#### Fantastic Vacation!

The house was beautifully decorated, exactly like in the photos. The pool was a great addition for our whole family…young and old. The walk to the beach was a very doable 5-10 minutes. Kim was very attentive to our texts and messages throughout our stay. We would absolutely consider staying again!

Sea-Viche was just as described and pictured. Beautiful home, tastefully decorated and very clean. The owner, Kim, was very receptive to any questions. She also put a lot of thought to include things that you might need, even gates for the stairwells which we used for my 1 yo grandson who was with us. We enjoyed the private pool and deck, which were both very clean. The house was perfect for our extended family with plenty of room to spread out or gather together in the living & dining area. Access to a private beach and chairs were a plus! We would highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Viche! The house is clean and updated. The 3 floors allowed for 3 independent living spaces for a couple and 2 families. The kids enjoyed the pool (extra cost to heat), and the beach was an easy, 5 minute walk down the road and across the street. This was our first time in Destin, and the area is quite nice. Communication with the rental company was easy and prompt. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

Our family loved this home! The heated pool is the cleanest pool ever and saved the day when the weather was chilly. It is a pleasant, short walk to the gorgeous private beach. Everything was wonderful!

#### Best family vaca!

We had the best vacation using this amazing house. The owners were great at communicating before, during, and after our stay. Everything was exactly how it was listed. Super clean, plenty of space, and felt like home. The private heated pool was perfect for everyone (especially since a cold front moved in the days we were there 👎🏻), my boys loved the fuse ball table and shuffle board table, and the beds were so comfy. The walk to the beach was 3-5 mins and having the private beach with 2 chairs and an umbrella was amazing. We didn’t need it but there was also had a pack play, baby gate, high chair, and box fans. Loved the little things like nightlights in the rooms, mini fridge by the pool, charging stations in each room and the bunks each had their own, and fun toiletries to try! We will 100% be coming back again!

#### Wonderful Family Vacay

We were all impressed with the house and all the extras available. There was plenty to do right there at the house with plenty of games and the pool. The table was huge and plenty of room for us all to have a few family style dinners. The location is walking distance from the beach and a 10 minute drive to the grocery store. Truly anywhere you’d like to visit is within 30 minutes away. We loved our experience. The owners were very available and willing to help any way needed.

I absolutely loved this home. It had great space for my sisters, friends, and I. We came to Destin to celebrate my sister’s 50th birthday, and this property was amazing. We booked for 12, but only 9 ended up vacationing…but this home could have easily accommodated all 12 adults. The host was easily accessible as well. We stayed in contact with one another from the time I booked the property until after we checked out! Would definitely recommend!

#### Clean & Spacious Property

It was only a 10 minute walk to the beach. The property was very clean and spacious. The decor was chic with clean beach vibe. Kim was very responsive to our questions and last minute request to heat the pool due to rainy weekend stay. The kitchen sink’s food disposal wasn’t working when we arrived and there was a leak from the ceiling in the first floor bathroom on the last day but Kim was responsive and said her maintenance will take care of it. Overall had a great experience and would recommend to people.
